she sighed loudly as she flew in the air hovering over the road that lead out of veridan city. "spearow!"

Finaly catching up with his conpanion he to stopped and looked out towards the new road. "Not more walking." He said in a tired voice. Well better to get started now" "Come on Kikya"

*She gave a nod of her head while looking down on the human. She flew farther up the road, but when a straying pidggy. She imediatly flew back to her trainer hovering infront of him while pointing towards the creatur with one wing.*

"Oh you found something did you?"

She flew over the pokemon who had now sat on the ground and went into a noise dive head strait for the foe. She spun around in circles as she made her decent from the sky.

pidgey threw its wings forward causing the pokemon to rocket backwards dodging the attack with ease. It looked towards its attacker with a cocky look on its face.

Kikya inches away from hitting the ground shifted her wings so she curved her path following the pidgey as it flew backwards.

Shido broke into a run as the tops of trees and such could be seen. They had walked for many hours but they had finaly made it. They where finaly at Veridian Forest.

Dorette was briskly walking down Route 2. Very anxious to get to the forest as soon as possible. She had returned Myst to her pokeball some time ago to help her save her strength.

As she finally saw the forest doom up in front of her, her pace started to slow, until she finally stood at the edge of the forest.

Letting out a sigh, she released Myst from her pokeball and looked at her. "Ready?"

"Squirtle!"

"Let's go then."

O-Ren jumped back as loud, angry hissing noise ran threw her ears. "Okene?" she siad loudly. Before she could step forward then Meowth had jumped back into view, followed by a Spearow. It's feathers were all ruffled as it flew into the air over both of them and let out a loud crowing noise.

"Alright Okene! This is it! Your first battle! Use Scratch and try to get it out of the air!" O-Ren siad loudly while jumping back out of their way. The Meowth nodded slightly without looking at her then jumped into the air with it's claws flexed and swiped at the birds face.

It let out another crowing sound then dived down at Okene and used Peck, small pieces of flesh and fur were pulled away as Okene let out blood boiling hiss. "Use Bite!" O-Ren demanded from the side, wincing as the Spearow dove down again.

Right as the bird was about to strike Okene jumped into the air, a few feet above it and flexed her claws, she landed litghtly on the Spearow and dug her sharp teeth into's neck. It let out a few pained noises then fell unconscious.

The Mowth realesed it's grip as a few feathers fell from it's mouth. "Okene! You did it! Great job!" O-Ren siad while pulling out a potion. "Here you go, we still have alot more battling to do before were ready to go into the forest." Okene closed it's eyes happily as she was sprayed with the potion. "Meow?" it purred out before walking back towards the path pouncing into small bushes every once in a while.

The call of a Pidgey announced the arrival of Lunaris' group onto Route 2. Lunaris led the small group, a grin upon his face. At first he thought he'd want to do this journey alone...he wasn't too keen on the idea of teaming up with people he didn't know. But journeying with his friend Herman seemed like a great idea, and the young trainer grinning thinking of the future.

Twist flew slightly ahead of the group, oftening looping back to circle above them. Fyrestorm on the other hand following along next to Lunaris. The trainer glanced up to his Pidgey.
"Twist! Go on and see if you can find any wild ones around here...you need the practice!"
The Pidgey gave a responsive cry, and flew on ahead.

Soon the young Pokemon encountered two scavenging Rattata. With a battle cry the flying Pokemon swooped down on them, tackling the first one it came into contact with. The Rattata squeaked in surprise, but quickly regrouped and launched their own attacks at the Pidgey. One swung its tail, hitting Twist as he flew by. With a shriek, the bird Pokemon whirled and tackled the offending Pokemon, sending it flying into a tree. The remaining Rattata launched a tackle at Twist, scoring a hit. The Pidgey fluttered in air, but managed to regain itself. Giving a defiant cry, the Pidgey beat its wings, stirring up the dust around the rat Pokemon. The Rattata scratched frantically at its eyes, trying to get the stinging dust out. Twist was soon upon the rat, knocking it out with a tackle. Victorious, the Pokemon flew back to its trainer and landed on his shoulder, deciding to rest for a bit.

Lunaris blinked at the sudden return of his Pokemon.
"I take it you fought something eh? Good job..."
Giving him a pat, the trainer continued on down the trail.

"Can we go now?" Azurai whined, pacing around the path while Sani stubbornly went at roughly 2 inches per hour. The Pikachu hadn't spoken in a while - she apparently was searching for something. And Rai had absolutely no patience for waiting around and dawdling.

"We've been here an hour," she complained. Sani didn't respond. She frowned. "Alright, come on," she said, taking a risk and scooping up the Pikachu and starting off down the road. She hadn't gone a step when she was met by a very painful thundershock.

"Pika pikachu!" Sani said threateningly, still shocking Azurai. But Rai wouldn't let go, and was still making an attempt to walk. In a moment, though, she fell over. Sani jumped out of her arms, growling at her on the ground. "Chu chu pi pikachu!" shje said angrily. Rai just grinned, her clothes smoldering.

"If this is how you treat your friends, I'd hate to see your enemies," she joked, even though she felt thouroughly fried. Inside, though, she knew if Sani truly had wanted to hurt her, she would have.
