Its easy to catch becasue your hands are right there. Yep, that's the one. We call it a prayer toss.. Don't know what they're called elsewhere. Couldn't help you on that one. We made up most of our own moves, and the names of everything. My favorite toss is the one we call the ice cream scoop toss. Although our awesomest name is the switchy hand behind the back thingy on the brick flags. That's what we ended up calling it, for lack of better name. We also have drop spins, paddlewheels, sweeps, around the waist and over the heads, behind the backs, around the worlds, etc. AHHH!!! Brick flags!! Are you from the group in Cinnaminson that's doing that awesome Pink Floyd show!?!?! -drool- It's so spiffy....

idon't really have the dropping the flag problem as i'm gennerally a sabre, but i have many scars from dropping them and just messing up moves in genneral.

ok one time at a show i did a little pop-up toss, and this huge gust of wind came and blew it way out of the way. it almost hit some band members. the toss was at the end of the flagwork, so by the time i get back, the other guard members are going to their next spot. i'm supposed to go to another girl and do this reflection move thing that's just like 4 counts. i get there just as the rest of the people end the reflection thing and move behind the mirrors. i had to push the mirror with the same girl and she was, well pretty nice considering but there was still a little bit of "wtf were you doing?"
