I have to say Gears 2 is looking up to be a really good game,i shust got my GameInformer and the first look at Gears 2 is awesome.
The new Locust like the Kantus have the ability to revive their fallen brethren from afar ,so this means no taking it easy after killing them.
Also some new weapons like the Gorgon Burst Pistol and the Poison Grenade are some of the weapons that the new Locust will have on them.
One the new massive Locust that i like are this rock worm things that can chang the battle for you or the Locust.
I will get some Screenshots if i can find some good looking ones. pirate

I have to look at that issue! I don't get Game Informer anymore, my subscription ran out. I think my girlfriend still gets it though so I'll see if she has it.

Holy crap!!!, today i saw a sneek peek to Gears of War 2 and i have to say i can't wait for this game!! The new game play will be on the market place on May 10 or if you can cach it on Spike TV,the name of the Show is Game Trailers. Brute Fights make me j**z my pants.
for those of you who don't know...
a Brute Fight is a fight where there are extenuating numbers against a way smaller group of number. for example...4000 to 15.
such examples would be when Neo fought the Mr.Smith horde.
ZOE2 when you have 15 LEV's and yourself and what's-his-name against 3000 Orbit Frames.
the campaign demo, showed me a brute fight possibility.

I think since the locust have a magician that can revive fallen team members, than one of the new people on the COG side will probably be able to do the same. So in other words he probably got revived by one of the new guys.
