XD Anonymous has kind of a colorful history, Wraith. They're kind of...well...jerks. They've done a lot of not very nice things in the past and this whole Scientology thing is very new. You should check out Encyclopedia Dramatica to see some of the things they're known for. It might come in handy, especially since I KNOW a lot of that will be used as black propaganda.

They've done a lot of not very nice things in the past and this whole Scientology thing is very new. You should check out Encyclopedia Dramatica to see some of the things they're known for. It might come in handy, especially since I KNOW a lot of that will be used as black propaganda. "Jerks"? We're total asswipes! We order hundreds of pizzas for people who don't want them! We threaten to burn trailers down! We steal phone numbers and passwords, invade privacy, and advocate suicide! But it's for the lulz, so it's AWWWWWRIGHT!

Ahahahahaha, I know. That's why I've never ventured to the Chans or involved myself with anonymous before. (Though I actually know some *gasp* femme channers.) I've kept an eye on them, especially since the Subeta-Gaia raid last year. I guess the "GREAT JUSTICE" of this particular movement was too much to ignore. What can I say, I am all for civic duty.
And some of their actions were full of lulz. XD When the Fox broadcast happened, I think I laughed so hard I cried.

Chanology is so much bigger than just Anonymous now and incorporates so many people and groups both on the internet and irl. I don't think you need to worry about your affiliation, that's kind of the brilliance of Anonymous. There is no membership or organization, we each just do as we feel is right.
