"I see. Have you attempted to seek her out?" he said getting the last of the toys out of the bags and unfolding a small piece of paper. Subsequently he gasped choking so that he fell in to a fit of coughs.

" Oh dear me" he said between coughs trying to take deep breaths. "Seems Mike has a new benefactor."

The large light Labrador strode over to Adrien and bent down to see if he was all right. Upon seeing the paper, from which he couldn't read, the dog took it into his mouth and began to walk towards Mike's upstairs apartment with it.

The oddly dressed girl leads the boy with the broken arm to the door of Naturae.

"There are kind people here who can help you."

She knocks on the door.

"No , no no" he called after the dog. " Bad dog , baaad" he said and began to give chase thought keeping his distance only just had he gotten the labs approval. And that was one dog who's bad side you did not want to get one. Just as he reached the stairs he heard a knock at the door. He considered ignoring it but these times you never knew who could come knocking or weather or not the would be hurt.

"Urrg. Lucy doll, you do not think he is going to eat that do you?" He said as he walked the front door." Go make sure he does not."

He opened the door but not all the way. " May I help you?" he asked pleasantly.

Mitch could smell the scent of food lingering in the air around this place. It was almost like torture to stand there, the aroma leading into his nostrils, and not be able to eat anything--Especially with his stomach roaring like a waterfall. His mind was still stuck on the one thought that it usually was, so he edged his head near the girl's ear to whisper.

"Is this guy going to give us food?"

The girl with the odd plastic headgear nods to Mitch, and then turning to Adrien gestures to the boy next to her. "You can help this boy. He needs shelter, food, and medical attention."

The observant would probably note that there is no headband or strap holding the plastic bunny ears or protrusions to her head. They seem to be firmly attached.

"Oh, yes, yes, ofcourse" he said swinging the door open the rest f the way.

"Do come in" he lead them inside and guided the boy to sit on one of the tree stump chairs which had been themed to go with the rest of Naturae's forest like decor.

"My that's one sturdy cast you have there" he said taping it very gently. The boy looked famished and sickly and what little he could see of his arm looked swollen and the flesh slightly discolored. Broken most likely but with luck, maybe just a really nasty sprain.

He looked at the woman who had brought the boy in. She seemed to know about Naturae's new purpose and wondered passingly if she knew Mike. However his gaze was caught by her odd head garment. He could have sworn he saw it move which would not have been that odd except for the fact that each ear had moved in a different direction.

"That's some interesting head gear madam" he said as he motioned for her to sit next to the boy.

"Well I am going to make haste and get you all a spot of something to eat," he moved towards the back of the room "I will be back in a giff" he said disappearing behind the double doors that lead to the kitchens.

After a while they could hear the clatter of pots and pans behind them.

Valentine looked around hesitantly unsure of what to do now that she was in town. Vincente said to come here....but am I really sure I want to stay?... Her thoughts pounded out her desire to both flee and sleep. She stared at the door like it was forbidden to enter. Slowly she reached out a hand and lightly tapped on the door.
"Uhm, h-hello?" She didn't know who she was going to meet or what she needed to say or do or anything.

A red-headed teenager opened the door, and gazed at the girl warily.

"Hello. Do you need help?" she asked, looking the girl over. "Come in, if you do."

Val jumped slightly when the door opened.
"Y-yes, thank you" Valentine stepped in hesitantly, her eyes darting from side to side. She took in the natural decor of the place. It looked like a forest and it callmed her down a bit.
"Uhm, sorry if I'm interupting" She murmured.

He panned his eyes over the room, taking in the diminished look of the place. The cracks in the walls had been boarded up, along with the windows to keep the cold air out. The walls were molding and stained. Despite the poor status of the place, it was probably one of the better buildings around southern crosshaven.

He was jolted into a heavy coughing. His hacks conpressed his chest painfully, making him curl over. This didn't help his arm's situation and he let out a moan when the coughing was over. The pain made tears drip from his eyes.

"Please don't prepare any food for me. It would be a waste, as I don't need it."

Looking around the kitchen he did a quick assessment of what ingredients Mike had at his disposal. Wearily he noted that there was not very much at all. He decided then it best to make something that would last and did not require a great deal of ingredients. He was talented in the culinary department however and could prepare dishes with out wasting materials. He decided a noodle and vegetable soup would be best. It was a simple recipe but a hearty one none the less. He made a tub the permeating aromas filling the kitchen and traveling to the lobby.

He balance two bowls filled to the brim as he reappeared from behind the double doors just in time to hear the woman say she did not require food.

" Are you not hungry?" he asked putting a bowl in front of the child just as broke in to his coughing fit.

" Eat, it will do you good for that cough " this boy was in dire need of medical assistance but let him eat for now if would do him only good.

He looked down at the other bowl a little sadly. Looking up he saw Shiela with a new guest."Alas! Food will not be wasted around these parts."

Setting down the bowl in on another empty spot on the table he exclaimed merrily. "Come sit, eat."

He disappeared back behind the double doors and in to the kitchens and brought out two bowls just as full. He set one down for Shiela and one for Lucy. There was loads more left over for the rest of the children. With one last track to the kitchen he set down a basket of bread rolls before them.

Taking a seat himself he addressed the new comer. "And who might you be ma' dear?" he asked his thick accent making his voice sound even warm and inviting. A keen eye would have noted that he himself was not eating either but seemed to glow in watching the other do so. "Don't believe I've seen you before lass." he looked to the other two newcomers.

"Actually I don't believe I have ever had the pleasure of meeting any of you before." that was not entirely true though by no means a lie. The woman with the interesting head gear did strike him as somewhat familiar.

Valentine took a good look at the four people she saw. They all seemed friendly and inviting, so she decided to give in and stay at least for the night. Truthfully as soon as she had smelled the soup she knew she was hungry, it had been awhile since breakfast yesterday when she had used the last of her little provisions.
"My name is Valentine Lochart," Val said with a small smile, the least she could do was be friendly.
"I just arrived," She hesitated, still standing next to the redhead that had let her in to the place, unsure of what to do really.

The girl looks up at Adrien. "I'm never hungry. That isn't to say I'm incapable of enjoying food when the occasion strikes, but I wouldn't want to waste the resources here."
