It wasn't long before he had found the house.He knocked on the door three times,then waited 3 counts and knocked once.Then 2 counts and knocked again.Then 1 count and knocked again.It was the final knock.The hooded man waited a minute before the door opened.Standing in the doorway was a man who looked to be in his 50s.Raising two fingers to his forehead he made a small salute to the man."It's been a while hasn't it?"
A smile appeared on the man's face."I thought I'd never see you again."He gestured for the hooded man to enter his home."Come in,come in.Make yourself comfortable."
With a nod the hooded man entered,Sitting down on the couch he saw,he waited for the other man to sit."This place seems to be the same as the last time I visited."
"Well there's no use changing the place when no one to comes to visit me."The man's eyes were fixed on the hooded man.He reached out and pulled the hood off revealing the man's face.He had silver hair that ended at his ears and his eyebrows.His eyes the same color."Ryo your hair.Your eyes.What happened to you the past 3 and a half years?"
Ryo smiled as he took off the rest of the cloak he wore."A little accident with an experiment."An obvious lie."Anyways do you still have it?"

"Thank you." The large man mumbled, taking the glass.
Just having the glass in his hand seemed to sober him up, as his swaying stopped.
Syric swirled the contents a moment before reaching up to lower his hood. Strikingly handsome, with disheveled, shoulder-length blond hair, blue eyes, and a neatly trimmed beard, the strong man glanced at each of the girls before taking a long sip from the glass.

The man nodded as he headed towards a cupboard.He pulled out an object that seemed to be wrapped in a cloth.Placing it on the table he unwrapped.Inside was a blue orb."It was the strongest lightning materia I could find,"the man said,"but tell me Ryo why would you need something like this when you can do the same without it?"
Grabbing hold of it he tossed it into the air."There's a limit to how much magic I can use.And this."He said indicating the materia."Will help me when I can't use it."
The man's eyes stared at Ryo for a moment before they dropped to the words on his shirt."What do you fight for?That's what your shirt says Ryo.Tell me do you have an answer to that question."
"Of course I have a answer to that question.It's simple.I fight to protect those who do not have the strength to do so themselves."Ryo stood up."I guess it's time for me to leave.Thank you."He turned to the door.
"This is the last we'll see each other,isn't it?
Ryo did not reply,but simply nodded his head.
The man sighed."You remind me of my son,before he died."Those were his last words before Ryo left.

Looking to his left and to his right he saw no one around.He raised his to open a dark portal,but stopped midway.He had felt a familiar presence in Midgar,but could not tell who's it was.Walking down the road to his right he a made guess the person would be that way.

Medea looked to the man, studying his now revealed features carefully. As she continued to watch him, a frown began to form on her forehead and on her lips, a grim line. She wondered when he'd be prepared to introduce himself, but inside she felt a familiarity that deemed it unneccessary. She knew she didn't want to undestand it. A blinding headache distracted her, causing her to squeeze her eyes shut, and she turned away.
Again with these blasted migranes, she wordlessly complained, unease slightly noticeable on her features. When she opened her eyes, the green of the mako energy inside her flashed in her irises briefly. They're coming along more often lately. The soldier had to focus on the firelight for a moment--the flames dancing in her eyes, bending to her will--until the pain more or less lifted.
Medea was not one to start a conversation, but she wasn't that fond of long silences either.

"Something wrong?" Syric asked Medea, noticing the tell-tale signs of pain.
He took another small sip from his glass while waiting for the soldier to answer.

"Y-You're not from this world, are you?" Melody questioned once she saw Syric's face. His ruggedness was so unfamiliar in the world of Midgar that she couldn't help but ask. She would either be making a fool of herself for asking or smart enough. The man just didn't seem like the usual Midgar citizen especially with all the earrings and heavy beard. He almost seemed like a character right out of her old picture books.

Standing in front of a wooden house Ryo stood in front of it.Examining the house up and down he could tell the house was in bad condition.He moved towards the door quickly,but silently.He had thought it over as he came.He was still not sure if the presence he felt was right or not,but he had decided he would do so to settle his curiosity.Ryo raised his and gave one knock.

”It’s nothing,” she replied reassuringly, moving her gaze just past the flame to smile earnestly at the man. The soldier’s eyes fell; here it seemed eye contact was not an option—at least not with this man.
Medea diverted her attention towards the girl, eyes a little wide with surprise as her question came. In all honesty, she wasn't sure who it was directed at, at first. She herself was a traveler who jumped from world to world, but nobody seemed to notice that in Midgar. That was probably thanks to the SOLDIER hero everyone seemed to talk about, who made her otherwise unique features... well, not unique.
"Not from this world, huh?" Her words trailed off, her voice low such that it was difficult to tell whether she intended for them to hear or not. The thought made her smile a wan smile.

When Medea turned her eyes back to Syric, she could understand why Melody had asked her question. With such distinctive features, one couldn’t be blamed to help but wonder. Having kept silent enough, the SOLDIER operative was about to speak and ask for an introduction, when the knock on the door came. Her eyes quickly fell upon the door, a chill running down her spine at the foreign presence. The normal citizens of Midgar didn’t give off this kind of aura, she knew that too well. The man in the room gave off a somewhat similar feeling.
It had been a while since she had last met these sensations. The impact was alarming; exciting.
“Melody,” she called casually, “you were expecting someone?”

Syric perked up at Melody's accusation.
"What makes you think that?" He asked, just as there was a knock at her door. "What if I told you I grew up here?"

Melody almost jumped when she heard the knock, and quickly shook her head at Medea. Truth was, the young girl hadn't had any visitors in a really long time- not since her brother left. And even when he was still here the two of them never had any visitors this late at night. The young girl in red stood up, and quietly inched to the door if by any chance she could see anything through the eye hole. "If you drew up here then I'd apologize for my accusations." she answered the large man with a nervous look on her face as she inched even closer to the door.
She peeked through the eye hole but the dark night prevented her from making out who or what stood outside, "W-Who's there?" she called out from behind the door.

Medea lay her back flat against the wall, her fingers slowly, lightly wrapping around the hilt of the dagger on her belt. She lay against a wall just beside the door. It appeared that their host had an unexpected guest, and if the situation should call for it, she would be prepared.
"Grew up here," the young woman repeated, a slight smile on her face. "You haven't even introduced yourself yet. That isn't fair."

A girl's voice,he thought.Don't think it's her I'm feelin' this presence from.He bent his legs a little so he could see the eye hole.Even in the darkness his silver eyes and hair could still be seen."Uh,hello there miss.My name is Ryosuke Rusogo,and I was wondering if you could help me find someone."Ryo replied.He had figured out what he would do as long as he could get into the house he would be able to clear his curiosity of this familiar person's presences.
