Tobar crashed into the calm seas, finally reaching the destination the Djinn had...intended...? She burst through the water not much later, gasping for air, her hat not much father away. She quickly swiped it up, and placed it back on her head. She huffed slightly in her own self-pity.
She kicked aimlessly for a moment or two, before finally making her way towards shore. And as she dragged herself up onto the small uninhabited spit of land that could hardly be called "sea shore", she realized that it would probably be a good time to find out where exactly she was.
She looked around, curiously. The sky was dark, showing no trace of stars. That's all the complaints she seemed to have of this place so far. Tobar slouched as she exhaled a deep sigh.
As she continued to look around she noticed large docks not too far away, many ships of different designs were there. Maybe she'd go look at them later, but now she was tired. At the moment she more concerned with finding a nice rock to lay on...or something. She was tired, and she felt mean when she tired.
And so she dragged her self a ways away from the moving water, before plopping down on a rock and passing out.
"So tired..." she groaned, dissatisfied with her choice of sleeping material , and scratched at the black skin covering her arm and shoulder.

Nemsis arrived near a island of the area, his clothes different once again. He now wore a eye-patch, a bandana, a hoodless vest, shorts, and dark smooth black boots.
A dark rapier sat at his side which was his Heartbreaker in another form. He was at sea on a giant pirate ship, the crew dead all around him. Had he done this !? If he did why did he not remember it? The ship began to run itself, the mast raising, the wheel steering the huge frame without the aid of hand. Thinking of the missing Tobar the ship began to 'honk' much like a car, but nearly deafining in comparison. Maybe she would hear. maybe not.

Syric chuckled lightly at Myx's declaration. He hoped that Scievera would be a better challenge that his rival pirate lords. Not to mention, the sparring would remind Syric of a much earlier time. A much happier time. "Scievie.." Syric echoed, smiling wistfully.
That's when the young "man" caught his eye. Syric saw through what little disguise she threw together, but he was in a good mood and decided to let it slide. "Sure. If you want to sail along, I expect you to pull your own weight. Your quarters will be below deck, with the rest of the men." The captain said, feigning a scowl. "I trust you've been on a ship before?"

Aerie grinned and thought to herself, ' perfect! He's actually going to let me stay~' "Of course, captain, I have sailed before on a couple other ships. Just put me to work, I can handle it," She said confidently. Maybe she didn't know a ship like the back of her hand but, she knew enough to get work done. And she was the kind of girl who didn't mind hard work. The only fallback of her plan was sleeping in the men quarters, she'd have to really keep a low profile...but she could not complain in any case, she had a ride and that's all she really wanted. "Thank you captain, you wont regret letting me stay." She gave him a small, but grateful bow, " I guess I better go see if there's any more preparations before we set sail." She slowly turned and headed down the deck, in the same direction as where the boy with the turquoise hair was. ' Geeze I hope I didn't say too much or too little to the captain...' she thought as she let out a heavy sigh. As she passed the boy, she glanced over and gave him a little smile, as if to say 'thank you!' It was after all, his invitation that even allowed her to go on the ship.

Tobar's hidden ears twitched at a familiar sound. She looked up suddenly, noticing that strange man was here too. Her mouth opened, about to bleat, and hurriedly covered her mouth while she backed away towards the other docks behind her.
She turned around and ran as quickly as she could towards the docks, and dove into one of the barrels. The bunch of fresh-water filled crates were unguarded, and one was even still open. She grabbed the cover, took a deep breath and quickly slipped inside of it.
The crated were soon pulled onto their ship with a net, and placed on deck. Tobar pushed the cork, holding the water in, out and took a greedy gasp of air. Now the only thing to do was to wait until the crew was asleep, she sighed in relief.

Myx grinned widely in reply to the other' warm smile, and nodded as if to say "of-course!" Never just "don't mention it." He liked to help, and being acknowledged often made him happy. Everybody (well, the more important people) seemed to be in a good mood today. He sort of had that kind of effect on people, whether he was aware of it or not. That contributed to the fact that he was rarely, if ever, in a bad mood.
Come to think of it, I just kind of invited myself on board, didn't I? The thought made the teen chuckle to himself. He didn't really need to stay aboard to keep up with the ship--he had his own means of travel, which he preferred--but he wouldn't really mind helping out. He'd like to get to know the person who trained his "creator" more. Alice had taught her everything he knew, and that included combat. And though the boy was already close to mastering all of it, never once could he beat her. Never once could anyone back at home beat her. Myx would have to see if this man, Syric, would be able to change that.
"I'll be sticking around, then!" he announced to the captain, leaning his head back into his arms with a playful grin on his features. At least until Alice and the others come around, I guess. It's her decision.

(( Should Myx and Aerie have some idle chit chat? :3 ))
Aerie glanced around and put her hands on her hips, surveying the work to be done. Generally, she was use to being told what to do. Whether it be kitchen duty, swabbing the deck, or fastening the ropes, there was always work to be done on a ship...just finding the right work was what mattered. 'well what now, I don't even know where to begin...' she thought to herself. Well standing around would be no good...she had to do something. She glanced over her shoulder at the turquoise haired boy. 'Maybe he knows something that needs to be done. It couldn't hurt to ask.' Asking the captain would have been bothersome, he had a million other things to do and she didn't want to bug him. Though, maybe at some point in time she could chat with this captain, He surly has had many adventures before that he could tell her about, if he wanted. Aerie was a sucker for a good story. Aerie placed her hands behind her back, and made her way back over to the boy. Looking around ( as if someone would be watching) she leaned over and whispered to him, " Saaay, sorry to bother you but...any idea on anything work-wise the captain needs done? I can clean the deck or wash dishes," She paused sounding almost embarassed, " I really don't want to be a thorn in anyone's side..." She looked down at her leather boots and then back at the boy, " So whaddya say, got some work for me....umm..." She had no idea what this kids name was. " Oh sorry I guess I didn't even get your name." She stuck out her hand for him to shake ( this is what men do, right?). " My name is aeriiii....Aerin. My name is Aerin," she said with a hint of nervousness, she almost gave away her name, a possible giveaway ( if not already) that she was a girl. She felt bad lying but for now she didn't want to take any risks.

| I don't see why not. |
"Hm?" the boy responded absently, opening his eyes to find his new crew mate standing before him. Myx listened carefully, almost looking serious, as Aerin began to introduce himself. It was easy for the boy to read her, from the tenor of her voice to the gestures she was making. Nodding, the boy seemed to understand, his chin placed between his thumb and his forefinger in thought.
As if with a conclusion, Myx abruptly clapped his fist against his palm, a bright smile upon his face. "Nope! Not a clue!" he cried cheerfully, referring to the work Aerin was looking for. He'd only just arrived, after all. And he wasn't exactly a member of ol' Captain Syric's crew. Yet. I think. A pouting frown overrode his smile as the boy thought to himself, absently scratching the back of his head. Oh, I don't know! Then he remembered the person standing in front of him, and the hand extended in the introduction.
Gladly, the boy took Aerin's hand in a brisk fashion, shaking it once in a rather childish greeting. "The name's Myx," he courteously introduced himself, his smile bright as the sun itself. "Pleasure to meet 'ya, Aerin!" Then he looked around, as if searching for something, then turned back to the other with a slight nod, whispering carefully. "Stand straight; don't let anyone get the idea that they can overpower you. You can't go looking too meek around here, right?" The boy laughed slightly to himself, then started a conversation as if he hadn't said what he had just before. "So what brings you aboard, Aerin?"

"Oh..." Aerie responded, sounding only slightly distressed that he too had no idea what work Aerie should do. Maybe Aerie assumed too much when she thought that the boy worked on this ship....'Come to think of it, Aerie thought, " He really wasn't doing any work or anything...maybe he was just a guest or the a relative of the captain...or something...', she didn't want to make the same mistake twice and assume too much so she quickly dropped the matter in her head altogether. What the boy said next caught her attention more as he mentioned, "Standing tall, not letting anyone overpower her, and not looking meek..." Aeries face turned only slightly pale, ' Am I that obvious?' she wondered. Did this kid...really suspect anything or was he just giving friendly advice in general. Maybe he though Aerie was a boy showing lack of confidence...or maybe... Aeries little 'girl to guy' disguise usually worked, given this outfit was not her best, it was something she had thrown together, last minute. It was possible he knew what Aerie really was but she wasn't going to say anything unless he gave her a reason to. Feeling self conscious, she straightened her back and stood up a bit taller, trying to not look 'meek' or 'overpowerable'. "Oh...um, thank you, I guess I didn't realize I was looking so pathetic, " She laughed feeling a bit sheepish. " It's nice meeting you too Myx." She returned the handshake likewise. It was weird being called Aerin, but it was something she'd have to get use to if she was going to stay on the ship. " Well you see I came to Port Royal for a visit, something rather important, you see, I use to live here when I was very young. I suppose it was mostly for reminiscing..." She paused, thinking carefully about what she was about to say, "However when I was finished I simply needed a ride out of here, the first time coming here I took a Gummi ship, but it was a one way trip. So this is lucky for me to be able to set sail with you."
Now that she thought of it, she never really asked the captain where the ship was headed. She lived in Traverse Town, but she was in no huge hurry to get there. As long as she could find transportation, she could go anywhere. Life was an adventure, or at least that is what her brother would have said... " What about you Myx? I was curious, are you a friend of the captains or a relative?" She asked this only because it was clear that he did not work on the ship like the crew, so he must of been of some other importance. As she stood before the bright eye'd boy she could feel the sun warming the back of her neck.

So she's a traveler, too. Huh, how interesting.
Myx folded his arms across his chest, eyes now directed at the captain, his smile inerasable. "Something like that," he replied to Aerin's question. "I was sort of invited over here." He turned to the girl, head cocked sideways, the wind blowing his hair about his face. "It seems like we're expecting a few people." The boy then faced the sea, leaning his arms against the banister of the deck with his big turquoise eyes longingly watching the open ocean. "I just flew in, actually." His proud grin revealed two rows of perfectly white teeth. "One of his guests sent me while they're still in Traverse Town. I'm just waiting for them, right now."
Then he broke into another chuckle. He couldn't help himself. "I'm actually pretty bored right now." I'm not used to doing nothing.

She smiled, he certainly was a interesting boy. He reminded her a lot of her brother, the funny thing was this would have been when he was much younger. Later she would have to ask Myx how old he really was, but that didn't matter at the moment. " So you came here all by yourself? I wonder then, is this your first time in Port Royal?"
She gazed out at the sea, something she had usually done everyday when she lived here. She loved the ocean, all it's sounds and smells. She loved it especially during a storm, the flashes of lighting on rain spattered windows, the low rumble of thunder that shook even your heart, and the crashing waves on the shore... She sighed, it really had been a long time...
" Hmm, I wonder if the people your expecting are anyone I know. Actually I live in Traverse Town, well, sort of. I have been out and about so much, it doesn't seem like it anymore. If they are willing, maybe I could ask them how my little town is doing." She smiled happily to herself and stretched her arms over her head. She could stare at the Ocean all day if she wanted, but she had work to do. She had to earn her keep after all. " Well Myx, I really had fun talking to you, maybe later we could catch up again but...I know I should really be finding some work. Don't want the captain to think I'm lazy!" She ended with a giggle ( sometimes they slip) Maybe she would go below deck and see if anything needed to be done, surly there would be something for her to do. "See you later," She gave Myx a short wave and turned to head down into the bottom of the ship, if she could find it, maybe she could do some dishes in the gallery.

Myx nodded, scratching his head a little embarassedly at the comment on his first time in Port Royal. "Actually, yeah." But strangely enough, I know a whole lot more about this place than I should. What with the data he had installed; it was always reliable, so navigation was hardly ever a problem with him. For a while, the boy pondered whether he should check out what was going on up with the navigator or not. There must have been a good view from up there, and the youth was simply thrilled about heights. He always loved to soar high into the sky on his hover board.
"See ya!" The boy waved back kindly to the lady in disguise, still finding the whole thing silly, the smile reflecting this on his face. He watched her go, wondering for a moment how it was okay for her to crossdress, given it was a bit more convenient for this situation. Then came the horrid memories of Alice trying to dress him up as a girl when he was younger. Thank heavens he could alter his physical appearance so easily now! He wouldn't ever want to experience that kind of terror again. The woman had strange hobbies, now that he remembered.
Shaking his head, the boy with turquoise hair trailed back towards the captain of the ship. Maybe he could bug Syric of stories Alice had kept hidden from him in the memory bank. There were so many firewalls, it was exhausting to break not even half of them! Guess she didn't think that through when she sent him, huh? Then again... there was no guaranteeing that Syric would tell him anything too intimate. Oh man...
Quietly, brightly, noisily, Myx walked behind Captain Irash, his arms bent behind his neck in a childish manner. "So where are we headed, Cap'n?" The boy's voice was loud and carried his laughter. It was the voice he often had whenever he was far too bored to realize he was pestering Alice during the many occasions she would without warning put him back into his lifepod, to sleep.

Aerie made her way to the door that would lead down to the bunks, as well as the rest of the ship. In most cases, the galley and the bunk should be fairly close together, so she had no worries in finding them. Her first stop was the bunks, she had a bag to drop off that she had been hanging on to since she got on board. The leather bag she had been carrying with her held many of her old childhood memories, things she had collected over time. She had kept them all in a small wooden box, one that her father had given her when he came back from a trip. It had worn over the years, but the wooden box was engraved with clouds and a sailors ship on the sea. At one point in time it use to play music, but not anymore. Aerie would have to take it in sometime to get it fixed. As she made her way down a short flight of stairs, she entered a dimly light hallway that had a few doors on each side, and one at the end that was an open arch, most likely the entrance to the galley. It took a moment for her eyes to adjust to the dim hallway, such a great contrast to the sunny deck she once stood on. It took only a minute to find the bunk room. As she opened the door, she could see an array of beds ( some made, some not), hammocks, and various matters of clothing strewn over bed posts and crates. 'This is defiantly a bunk full of men....' she thought. She pulled the bag strap over her head and walked around the room, wondering where a good spot to hide it would be. Not certain as to what bunk belonged to whom, she couldn't really claim one for herself, well not yet anyways. She found a small corner that had a few crates stacked on top of each other and hid her bag behind one of the crates. It certainly would not be in anyone's way and it would stay unnoticed until she drug it out again. Looking around she made sure no one else was in the room and took off her hat and let the strands of her silver hair fall down. Her hat had been making her head hot and it was nice to get some air. She quickly stuffed her hair back up in the hat and pulled it down over her eye's. Fixing her shirt and adjusting her boots, she was now ready to find the galley and start her work.

The door to the bunk room flew open, revealing a thin dark-haired man in ornate black and red robes. In the dim, flickering light his blood-red eyes seemed to glow with an unnatural sheen and his shadow danced like a demon. Darkness swirled around him as he glared down at the young trespasser. "Who are you!?" He shouted, appearing half-crazed, pointing an ominously glowing finger at Aerie, "State your business or perish." In the indigo glow of his finger, his thin face seemed almost skeletal. He began to move slowly toward Aerie.
During Aerin and Myx's little chat, Syric was busy discussing a problem with the sail. Apparently a little tear had appeared in the sail, and the crewman was wondering what should be done. Syric told him to stitch it up then waved him away. As he turned back to Myx and Aerin, Aerin was on her way below deck and Myx had moved behind him. "We're exploring, looking for treasure and whatnot." He said, turning to face the young lad, "In fact.." "Look alive, men! We're shipping out!" The captain shouted, moving across the deck and up a set of stairs to the wheel. When his fingers touched the wheel the ship lurched a bit before slowly departing from the dock. "I do hope Scievera can find us on the open ocean!" Syric said to Myx with a slight chuckle.

Aerie spun around quickly at the sound of the cabin door being flung open. She jumped back and watched as a sickly, dark-haired man wearing long decorative robes, suddenly entered the room. She first noticed his red eyes, which were now glaring down on her. They were like two hot coals glowing in the dimness of the cabin room. His whole manner was positively frightening, not to mention he was shouting at her and threatening her with his finger, who the heck was this guy?! As he moved toward her, she stepped back, only to meet the cabin wall against her back. She could feel her heart fluttering like a bird in her chest, she was still half taken by surprise, half panicked that she had no way to get away from this guy. " I...uhh," she stuttered, slightly confused by all that was going on, "The names...Aerin, I'm a...the new guy. I'm hitching a ride and working on the ship to earn my keep," she ended sounding less stuttery than before. She paused for a moment, not really sure what to do next, she blurted rather defensively, " Who are you exactly?" That may not have been the best way to ask someone who was going to smite you with just their finger a question but it just slipped out. In the distance she thought she heard a mans voice calling out above deck. Then she felt the ship shift and lurch forward. She leaned up against the cabin wall for support, it had been awhile since she had been on a ship and sometimes starting off could be a bit tottery, if she remembered correctly. Too bad a tottery ship wouldn't help her out with her 'friend' with the glowing finger.
