My schools flute section has held the position of "best section" for four years staight. This year we lost to percussion. We flutes weren't to pleased about that but props to the percussion section for beating us. We will win it back though.
In my marching band "best section" is one of the awards that the directors give to the section that has showed the most improvement or is just overall amazing. Its kind of fun to see who will win each year.

I always get challenged by people and it's startin bug me. I mean there's 11 other flutes. Why do they always want to challenge me?
