Invictus~>.< let yourself go. seriously. You'll be happier.

Fallen~

Writing~ my friend was online all weekend. And I never IMed him. Sunday, another (mutual) friend of ours got on (for the first itme in months) and I IMed him, and he told me to IM our friend. Friend 1's mom had died Friday, and I hadn't been bothered to IM him.

Edited for clarity.

And I know what you're going to say. "You didn't know. There was no way you could have known" whatever. Thing was, I always IMed him. Always. The first time I didn't, that happened.

EroLit~ My parents do provide a roof over my head, food, clothes, and are paying for college, so yeah. It's kind of important.

Backstreet Boys~ YAY! Another fan! Justin Timberlake >.>

Invictus~ erotic daydreams is a guilty pleasure? Why? No one else knows you're having them. >.<

I was brought up as a Catholic. Some guilt simply cannot be purged, no matter how depraved you make your life.

And gosh, have I done that.. >.<

Ah, I understand. I'm nominally a Catholic, but god knows I don't believe a whit of it. It was a long time before I was able to desensitize myself from my "sins."

How long ago did you fall from faith, and how old are you?

I dropped the Church quite suddenly when I was about sixteen and considering a route into the Priesthood. I'm now twenty, and having studied philosophy for this long I've still yet to shake a guilt, even if I can painlessly ignore it now.

I'm 18, having dropped faith in favor of reason at about 16 as well. There wasn't really one single thing that did it for me, it was just an overwhelming dissatisfaction with the religion, and organized religion in general. Over two years I came to the conclusion that it was foolish of me to subscribe to beliefs that were not my own. Nothing too dramatic for me, really.

Last time I did that I ended up totally hammered and ******** a Socialist virgin. >.<

So, no. Now I channel my energies into creative and controlled chaos. Like the construction of bazookas, and the covert toppling of cliques.

Don't get me wrong, I can be a bit of a traditionalist socially speaking, but that's just the residual influence of family and school. It doesn't stop me being generally anarchic, having shedloads of fun and playing with danger in most of its forms. Seriously.

Shallowly? I got her when she was at her best. She's put on weight now.

Truly? I don't know. She was an alcoholic and always smelt rather strongly of Port. I couldn't really discern much of her personality through all that.

Rarely have there been stranger bedfellows.

Sounds like my kind of party.

rolleyes

Tis shallow to base a girl's 'best' off of her looks.

Given that she's not yet off the alcohol, I can't be blamed for using the only indicator clearly visible to me!

Pfft..

So you ******** her while she was drunk?

XD

I get what you mean. This is why you don't pick up girls in bars. Specifically drunk girls.

And now I'm off to bed.
