Blade nodded, and said "Ok. I'll watch myself then when I go into the forest later. I won't try to kill them if I happen to encounter them while I ambush the approaching army, ok?" he whistled, and Fang turned towards the forest, sniffing the air. I've caught a scent. Ready to go. the wolf thought. Tha ranger glanced over and thought Impressive... The wind must be clear and strong today. I hope not. That means ill fortune... But, we won't leave until we eat. They won't move, since it takes a while to drag those large heavy weapons. His eyes scanned the places he could see without straining himself, starting to get a bit anxious. This would be the first time in years that he'd fight such a large group, and he didn't want to think about the last time.

Blade looked up at the dragon, and said "Wow. Thanks!" He said "Ok, so I guess we leave now." He looked at Fang. You, my friend can go ahead and scout around for any birds in the area nearby. The wolf nodded, and darted into the forest. Blade grinned, and said "Time to go in, I guess." He started to walk at a swift pace. He turned to face the dragon as he went. "I'm known as Blade, by the way, in case you want to know." Tilting his head, he wondered Or can the dragons hear other people while at rest...?

Blade commented "It must be exciting for you. Well, I was planning to attack the assassins that are in the forest, probably waiting for more catapults and heavy weapons. Depending on the size of the army, I was either going to sneak attack them, or just be very loud when I attack." He whistled, and after a few seconds, a bird flew down and landed on a low branch. Blade said "How large is the group that way?" The bird paused for a moment before chirping in reply. Blade nodded, thanking the bird. Blade muttered "Hmmm... This group really is small... maybe about a hundred. The group on the other side has what could be hundreds to thousands... I guess the main attention was on the other group, while this side snuck inside..." He looked at the direction Fang had left, and realized the wolf was just going to play back-up. Glancing back at the dragon, he said "Do you know if your fellow dragons that escaped are nearby? I want to at least delay them from getting close before attacking the assassins."

Blade hissed and replied "I guess the red one is roaming about doing whatever it pleases... Maybe hunting?" He thought for a bit as he walked, and said "It will attack anything, right? Including the assassins? Then after the army is demolished, or too small to be a threat, we can subdue the red and return him." He paused, then asked "Are both of them supposed to be returned? What if, by some strange unlikely event, were one of them to die?"

He stopped and turned to face the white dragon. "Shall we tackle the red first, then? Or lure him to the assassins?" He was completely unfamiliar with this stuff, and knew he had to rely on the dragon, or else he might mess everything up. At least with guidance, they could, together, find the right path to choose.

Blade raised an eyebrow. "So there's no way to just capture them and return them, huh? I guess that would hurt, too, I guess if they were to escape again... Ok, let's just take care of the assassins, then deal with the dragons. it's not like they're gonig anywhere too far, right?" He hoped this was true. If not... well... he's be traveling again, except this time, he'd have a place to return to... at least, for now.

Fang came back, opened his telepathy range to include the white dragon, and thought I see a spot where they aren't guarding. We should avoid that in case it's a trap, or there's some quicksand thing. I didn't see any plants growing, so it could be either. The location is on the right hand side of their 'camp'

Blade nodded, and started to move forward, quickly avoiding stepping on anything that would make sound. Fang trailed some yards behind, figuring the assassins wouldn't be so merciful seeing the same wolf for a second time within the past few minutes, if they happened to see him already. He looked at Fang, who said They are about a quarter to half a mile from here.

Blade smirked. "You're on." And he started to run. Fang started to run as well, but at a slower pace, not wanting to ruin the surprise.

When they got there, Blade immediately moved to cover the assassins on the left hand side, letting the dragon take the ones on the right. He lept into a tree before he was sighted, and lept down silently, using his daggers to strike the final blow. He landed in a kneeling position, the two assassins around him dropping. The others on the left side of the field started to converge, a bit hesitant about what happened. Before they could get their wits, Blade decided to move first, running towards a part of the closing circle.
