"You mean Uchiha, Sasuke..." Ryuga said as he turned his head upwards looking into Saya's eyes. "His Sharingan alone was enough to break out of your father's Tsukuyomi, and he was even able to dodge the Ameratsu without much effort." Sasuke's reputation was known to everyone. He was refered to by many as "The Last and Strongest Uchiha". Ryuga knew what Saya was in for if she DID encounter Sasuke, and he knew she would probably need help getting to that point. "You are right though; to kill Uchiha, Sasuke, you'll need Eternal Mangekyou. And if I hope to kill the Kazekage, I'll need skills equivelent to those of the lengendary Akasuna no Sasori...or better. I suppose we need one another more than either of us cares to admit."

Ryuga stopped fiddling with his scroll and returned it to its spot in his cloak. After he securely stowed it away, he turned his attention back to Saya. "So do we have a sound strategy for our domination over the Hidden Villages yet?"

Ryuga simply shrugged and looked up briefly to determine to position of the sun. "Knowing Umi-senpai, he probably saw his reflection in a puddle and just couldn't bear to look away. Either that, or he wound up stuck in a fisherman's net." He laughed at the thought of Umi being caught by a fisherman. More so about what he would try to do to get out. Suddenly, an idea crossed him. "What if we took over Takigakure first? Their military isn't very strong, and the Sakana Clan are the only ones in the village worth their headbands. Umi-senpai knows the village layout pretty well too."

He paused, staring at the sky for a moment. When thinking of a strategy, Ryuga tended to iron out even the smallest detail. "Also, by taking Taki, we'll have the perfect standpoint to take Kusa afterwards. I've also recieved inteligence that our rival organization Akatsuki is based in Taki's neighboring village, Amegakure. With control of Taki, we'll be able to keep an eye on them too."

Those last few words were all the motivation Ryuga needed to see this plan through to the end. Invading Suna would be fun, and watching ninja after ninja fall to Yoinokuchi's power would be a prize all its own. Still, one fact stood between them and their Sunagakure conquest. "I heavily doubt that my mess in Suna didn;t go unnoticed. By now, I'd expect the entire village is on the lookout for suspitious indeviduals. We may need to stay away for a while." He closed his eyes, and remained deep in thought for what seemed like minutes. "You said you just took out a spy from Iwa right? If he was alone, they must have been pretty confident in his abilities. The fools pratically just told us how weak they are. That village will fall like a domino!"

Typically, Ryuga's informants kept him up to date on every thing going on in the world, but when it came to Akatsuki, there wasn't much information out there. "There are only three things I know for certain. First is that after the death of the previous leaders Pein and Konan, The group was presumed wiped out. Now it's known that they're trying to start anew, and pick up new members. Second, we can't overlook the fact that the new leader wants to rule the world just like us. They'll probanly still pursue the nine Bijuu to become stronger. Third, since we don't have any Jinchuuriki in our ranks, Akatsuki probably won't want anything to do with us."

"You sent Umi-senpai to do some recon in Konoha didn't you?" Still, even if the current Hokage Uzumaki, Naruto wasn't as powerful as he is, Kyuubi is one powerful demon. "Let's set our sights on something lower. If we must have a Bijuu, let's try for one that won't ring up any casualties." Ryuga closed his eyes again, deep in memory. Slowly, one by one, he named off the Bijuu still in existence.

"Yonbi, the Four-Tailed Rooster Sokou. Gobi, the Five-Tailed Wolf Houkou. Rokubi, the Six-Tailed Weasle Raijuu. Shichibi, the Seven-Tailed Badger Kaku. Hachibi, the Eight-Tailed Snake Orochi. And finally, Kyuubi, the Nine-Tailed Fox Youko. We've got ourselves quite a selection." Each Bijuu had the power to bring an entire village to its knees. If Yoinokuchi could harness that kind of power, the quest for World Domination would be all the easier.

Ryuga's cat-like eyes opened again and he stared up at Saya. "Let's not forget; if Akatsuki gets them first, we'll have more trouble than we need with them. If we find any of them OR their Jinchuuriki, we'll have to keep them out of the Akatsuki's hands." Two groups running things in this world was one too many. In the end, only one organization would be able to reign supreme. Ryuga wasn't about to let Akatsuki be that organization.

Ryuga saw Saya reading a journal above him, and his childish nature made it hard to resist checking it out. Typically the only things Saya kept in her cloak were her father's old archives...and more kunai she probably knew what to do with. "Heh heh. Whatcha got there Saya-sama? Instructions for a Forbidden Jutsu perhaps?"
