I can't seem to find it, but somewhere she said that she didn't mind it being used on other websites as long as the credit was given to her.
However, since I now realize that I can't actually find the place where she said it, and I'm not sure if she has changed her policy, should I delete my post?

No worries, about that.
I'm not completely sure on what her policies were... I did have a brief scan of it, but can't remember exactly. If you just send her a message asking, and screen shot the message and reply, it should be fine. We just don't want to be using someone's copyrighted material without asking them first. =)
