My question - Theyve always got the characters like... rival on the games. so will shadow be on the game?

Lady Masumi My question - Theyve always got the characters like... rival on the games. so will shadow be on the game? Mmmm.... I doubt it. I say there will be an assist trophy from Sonic and that's it.

If they decide to add a second Sonic character, it'll either be Tails or Knuckles. Undoubtedly. I believe it'll be Knuckles, while Tails is an assist trophy. No Shadow, at most he'll be an AT, sorry.

If anyone would make an appearance, I really think it should be Tails. He has been there since the second sonic game, supporting and helping Sonic through all of his adventures. He deserves a spot.
But Knuckles as an AT... mmmm.... sounds sweet...

Knuckles has appeared from an assist trophy!
He jumps up incredibly high! Using his tendrils, arms out in front of him, Knuckles glides to and fro across the stage, knocking characters a crazy distance upon their misfortunate impact!
Knuckles lands, but is not done yet! He jumps once more and drill dives into the ground, his final act, and his exit move. If any poor soul is caught by this attack, they will spin in Knuckles' drill, and fly off in a random direction.
Knuckles pwns.

Metal Sonic would be a cool altenate costume for Sonic, though.

When I first saw it, was so excited about the game.
(I was excited about SBB anywayz, but this really was FREKING AWESOME!!!!!! blaugh )
I can't wait seeing a match between Mario & Sonic!!! burning_eyes

I don't know if i said here, but i think Sonic's alt colors are Knuckles, Shadow, and Silver.

Oh but noone ever used any of Sonic's other color changes, and it makes more sense because Silver and Shadow are both Hedgehogs so it'd be easy and well Knuckles would be Sonic's red costume...also if you can't think i don't mean he'd look exactly like them he'd just have there colors.

On top of that, costume changes aren't really costume changes, but colour changes. Think back to samus' "fusion Suit" really, it's just the same one with different colours. Considering Shadow is shaped quite differently, and also plays differently in previous sonic games, I hardly see this being a viable option. I can see maybe 2 stages maximum, and 2 trophies maximum, coming out of sonic's universe.

I heard that Sonics were just different blue variants, because they didn't have time to make them, and also Shadow being a color change can work.
