"I'm not sure....but it shouldn't be too much longer. We can stop for a short break if you want," He said, smiling lightly.

"If all we do is stop... we'll never get anywhere, Cory," she said looking up at him. "I can manage."
No I can't! she thought to herself.

"If you say so love," He responded, kissing the tip of her nose.

She giggled and kissed his nose back. She rearranged herself a little and then leaned back on her Cory, closing her eyes again. If she slept the entire way... it kinda defeated the purpose of her coming along for inspiration.

He wrapped his arms back around her waist, and go comfy again. "So...shall we banter idly for a while, or do you want to sleep more?" He asked her, comfy for the moment.

"Talk would be better... at least then I'd stay awake," she said giggling. "And then I'd be able to get some form of inspiration."

He nodded. "Alright then, talk it is! Now, what would you like to talk about?"

She laughed, "O, you're no help! Maybe we should talk about Ilya. We are technically behind her."

In another area of the countryside came a rather large cart crammed full of people. The people were all poorly clad and seemed to be leaving Haven of their own free will. Tiliff sat amongst him in his worst atire. He fit in with them easilly. They have been traveling a few hours when they reached a fork in the road. The cart kept heading east, but Tiliff got off there. He fixed his bag so it fit more securely, and took the other path. The path that headed south.

The dirty dark pony that was following Tiliff in Haven continued to follow him now. Her "limp" kept her from catching up to him all the way but she was always in sight and even took the same fork in the road as he did. It was almost as if the pony was stalking him.

Tiliff thought that was a bit creepy. He turned and tried to push the pony back towards the fork. He knew it was useless, but he didn't want to get into trouble for 'stealing' a horse. He didn't steal livestock. "C'mon... go home you... or follow your master... whatever you're after... I don't have it," he said trying with all his might.

Fanny/pony just pushed the boy back with her nose as if it was a game and she was a big dog. Whenever he tried to walk away from her she would grab at one of his bags w/her teeth and tug on it playfully. She dared not talk to him mind to mind since that would only hurt him. Besides, all he would "hear" would be her mental giggles and laughter.

"What are you doing.... you..." he said, starting to laugh himself. "Yer master's probably missin' ya, ya know?" He didn't even realize he was starting to slip back into his normal accent. He didn't use it around the 'normal' public because they normally found it childish or rude. He normally only used it when he was by himself, and yes, he did normally talk to himself, or around his Papa. "Yer gonna tear my bag if ya keep up with that!"

Fanny just whickered at him. Her blue eyes were flashing merrily. She grabbed a bag and took off down the road with it. She stopped and waited for him to follow.

Tiliff laughed but chased after her none the less. "Hey! Wha if I needed that?" He stopped when she did, slightly confused. He was ready to have to chase her down the road until he passed out from exhaustion. That's how he lost his first bag the last time he traveled. "What ya gonna do now?" he asked the pony.
