Fang walked through the forest, to a huge mountain resembling a falcon. He scented the air, and knew there were many other wolves here. He wanted to avoid them. He didn't want to encounter any other wolves after wat happened to his pack.
*FLASHBACK*
It was a cold December evening when the pack had just finished their meal of the moose they had just brought down. The pack lay there, resting, when a gun shot spilt through the air. The hunters chose the best time to attack after all the pack had just finished eating, and were now clumsy on their feet. The hunter killed Fang's mate and her blood stained his paws. He watched in horror as his packmates died one by one, and in rage he had thrown himself at the hunter and bit his arm. The hunter had a knife, and he cut Fang's eye thust leaving a jagged scar across his left eye. Fang had turned and ran as far as he could into the forest, and ran into a fallen tree and hid.

Karasu had left the little grouping, making his way down the mountain. He stopped in a clearing to relax. He had been solitary in nature before all of this. He could hear another wolf but he stayed in shadows, waiting for the other to notice the mass of black there.

Sage appeared be side him.She dropped a rabbit at his paws. "Eat."

Fang scented a wolf close by, but he did not approach. He knew some wolves were not kind to strangers.

Myhala raised her head from the snow and stretched her mouth in a wide yawn. She was refreshed from her rest and her strength completely renewed by the powers of the moon, and now she was bursting with energy. But she resisted the urge to leap up and play because she saw that her new friends were nowhere in sight. Twitching her ears, she zeroed in on their location- but got the felt that there was another wolf near them. Karasu had a peculiar tension about him. She strained her senses forward to keep track of what would happen.

Karasu turned his attention to the fact that this stranger noticed him. Stepping from the shadows he stopped a short distance away from the male, white floating from his nose. "Welcome."

Fang looked at the wolf, "Greetings," he dipped his head in greeting, "I am Fang, Ex-Alpha of the Mountain Pack, and you are?"

Karasu dipped his head in respect and reply to the other's gesture. "Karasu. I suppose you could say rogue seeing as how we haven't seen hide nor hair of our leader of late." He turned his head and crimson eyes towards the den, wondering if they'd really ever get back on their feet.

A black female wolf jumped on Fang. "My name is Sage.I'm a half-demon wolf."

Karasu shook his head. "It's not that bad. We're just scattered about is all." He stretched in step as his teeth closed lightly on the pup, dislodging her from Fang. "You're welcome to stay. And don't worry." He chuckled. "Sage is fairly nice." The black male gestured to the pup with a paw.

Myhala closed her eyes and sighed with relief. The stranger was friendly. She got up and walked through the trees to the place where the three wolves were talking.

Fang's eyes glimmered in amusment, then scented the air, and scented a newcomer. "Pups, what can i tell you?" Fang siad to Karasu, "and greetings newcomer."

Sage jumped on Fange snarling.Her body was ingulfed in flames. "I'm 50 years old!"

Karasu caught her in midair, wrapping her in shadows. "And still in a puppy form...you can't help that. Be good please." He nodded to the others before setting on Sage's tail to keep her.
