Lance finally sat down with his breakfast. "So, did you guys make it out ok?" he asked his team.
"Yea, but we were worried about you!" Kurt said. "Don't do that again alright!" Rocky said firmly.
"Alright, ok I won't do it again!" Lance said laughing. "So is the old base destroyed?"
"Yes," said Lin, "And the information with it. It's a good thing those Angel creeps didn't find the database or else we would already be dead."
"Fortunately some of our scientists were able to erase all of the data from the memory banks before the place fell to pieces." Rachel said smiling. "Now Angel won't be able to find discover our whereabouts, or our plans." She sat down next to Lance. "But we're just happy that you're ok Lance." she said with a tone of concern, and then kissing him on the side of his cheek.
"Thanks for guys." Lance said with a tear forming in his eye. They all ate the rest of their meal while discussing what they had seen during the battle.

After finishing his meal, Lance and his team went to the training simulators in order to try and go over what had happened during the battle. Lance noticed the one leader of the enemy incursion group had been particularly strong. "He had to have been the leader for that strike force." he said. Then he zoomed out in a panoramic view of the 3 dimensional hologram reenactment of the battle. He saw how the groups of enemies had warped in afterwards in order to bombard the base. That at least was somewhat expected. However the hologram also revealed a strange group of Titans who entered the fray about halfway through the fighting. They were the ones who had sniped out the Admiral's Titan. "That was a smart move. We should have expected something like that." he said to his team. "Next time we'll be ready. Now lets get some drills done!" he said as he started shouting orders to them over the wired comm system. In their individual sim-pods, they all began to go through drills and situations to hone their skills.

After finishing the training exercises, Lance headed over to the gym to start working out. Just as he was finishing a set, the Admiral came in and began to talk to him about his team's next mission. There apparently was some kind of special artifact in the ruins of an old age city. His team's job was to find it. After taking the mission breifing from the Admiral, and scanning it over after the Admiral left, Lance said to himself "Mexico City eh?"

Lance and his team assembled at the loading bay. They got their Titans loaded onto the transport craft, and got inside. Then the sub dropped into its water filled tunnel, and traveled out until they hit the open ocean. From there they took a steady cruising depth towards their target by the Yucatan Peninsula.

The sub finally arrived off the coast of the Yucatan. But his team had to get to the land by air, because the water was too shallow for the large sub. So, they got into their Titans and, after a few seconds of preperation, launched out of the sub and flew to land. They touched ground after a few minutes, and quickly set off to the ruins.

Henin had arrived and settled at a base in the southern Canadian woodlands and was taking a stroll in the forest right by the base with Bonin.

At that time Wraith squode arozed at the other end of the rune, reporst have come in at the bace that a enamy squode had be spoted in the area. "Send in the sernch droids first then go in with the drill tank as your cover".
