Em held out her glass and got a refill while DG was pouring Zeru a drink. "So your Zeru huh? My name is Em," she gave him a smile that wasn't as sweet as the one she gave the Boss and his daughter. She looked him over sizing him up. "I'm sure we'll have fun working together," she said before taking a drink.

He nods, seemingly happy as always, but he holds his hand up, his palm open, shaking it back and forth "sorry, none for me, against my code to drink." Zeru watches as DG pours it into the other girl’s glass instead.
Zeru walks over and sits in a chair, looking over at the people, his back sitting with good posture.
"Em huh? Nice name...I'm sure we will have a lot of fun working together as well, so much to plan." He smiled back at Em with an almost crazy grin, he seemed happy to be where he was
"Although Boss, I would like a cookie." He smiled pleasantly.

She looks at her own glass, makes a face, and plopping over the bar, her feet waving behind her, she comes up with a odd little bottle "Bubble tea!" she says happily and the first daughter pours herself a glass and sets the scotch on the counter.

Em sat thinking a moment, staring at her glass. "Ah!" she cried out, taking a drink before hopping up off the barstool and going over to a cabinet. When she was unpacking she brought a deck of cards down to this room. Well seeing as how it was the game room why not, she figured.
"Hows about a game?" she suggested and started shuffling the cards. "Preferably 21... that's about the only thing I'm good at.." Em suggested, tho the way she shuffled made it look like she knew what she was doing.

"I prefer Russian Reullet" DG Smiles. "Or Pool but Cards is fine"
He picks up his Drink and moves over to the table and takes a seat the pops his knuckles. Then Smiles pleasantly at them all. Which gives him a bit of a deranged look with his fangs and eye patch. He sets a few Cookies in front of Zeru.
"Who Deals?"

Zeru picks one of the cookies up and puts it in his mouth, and leaves it there, dangling, like a cigarette... only a cookie. at the words "who deals?" Zeru volunteer's himself. "I'll take care of that" he said, his voice slightly muffled by the cookie but still very understandable.
He reaches over and grabs that cards and continue shuffling them
You know, this all reminds me of something interesting from my child hood" the cookie was still in his mouth but he now fliped it and consumed it in one foul swoop "when i was younger I played a game of war with some girl in my school" he starts dealing the cards to everyone at the table now.
"But I always beat her at war, it was funny because war is a game of pure chance... and the reason I won was because I cheated the whole way through and she didn't notice. I since stopped cheating at card games, but I found it funny that she couldn't tell I was looking at the next three cards every once in awhile, I guess i am just sneaky like that" He laughed. he was long since done passing out the cards, so one card was facing up and the other was facing down in front of everyone.

DG takes his cards and looks threw them nodding in approval he leans back in his chair. He smiles.
"You know that reminds me of a Card game a played once. I caught the guy cheating and cut off his Index finger" He laughs.

Req walked in looking for a stiff drink and saw the others sitting to a game of blackjack. She shrugged and went to the bar to mix herself a drink, and stood off to the side of the card table, watching. She greeted everyone, offering a bow to the Boss. She sipped her drink leisurely and walked around the table, watching as everyone looked at their hidden card, and adding up the sums in her head without any change of expression. She kept a mean poker face, although she had a pretty good idea of who was going to win. 'You can't cheat at war just by looking at the next three cards. you'd have to rearrange them. He must have just been phenomenally lucky.' She thought, although keeping her mouth shut. "By the way, I'm your new team member, Req."

He smiles at the new girl, leaning back in his chair, ready to get the game of 21 under way. "oh, another player?" he slides a card across the table face up, and then another face down. he smiled at everyone" we will go around the table, starting with the boss, but first, any bets?"
Just to be clear, I plan on playing a real game unless anyone objects... so here are the cards:
The Boss: Jack of spades, Upside down
The daughter: 7 of spades, upside down
Em: 8 of hearts, Upside down
Req: 10 of hearts, upside down.
I sent everyone a message with their cards. so lets go around the table.

"Oh, no, I'm not playing," Req said as her cards were dealt out. "I've already seen everyone's cards, after all." She smiled and tossed her cards back to Zeru. "I'm just keen to watch, yeah?" She sipped her drink slowly, and, noticing she needed a top-off, she asked if anybody at the table wanted another drink.

Daught looked at her card and blinked then looked and shrugged "um... it gotta ad up to 21 right? so.. how do I get another card?"
