Luthien sat down as he spoke to Arwen, and the couple took their seats. When Arwen had finished speaking, she opened her mouth to answer his question, blushing slightly and ducking her head down, causing her hair to fall into her face again. "Why, yes, actually, it was."

A few seats down, Eowyn placed a hand over her mouth and stifled a giggle.

Boromir could not help but overheard Luthien's comment about her current clothes being a gift and could not stop himself from blushing! Those gifts were private... Still he was startled by the response.

Yes, she was wearing the clothes he gave her. Dare he hope this meant she would accept his courting her? He could not help but find her flush startlingly beautiful, though he said no word for fear of embarassing her and himself further, though he still paradoxically felt so proud that she had accepted anything of his.

"Ah." Aragorn said, diplomatically, since the quick witted king had noticed the way Boromir too had reacted. "I'm glad since I'm sure any giver would be most proud to learn you are wearing their gifts to you." He snuggled Arwen, wondering if she'd learned of this before he had?

"I rue my wasted time then." Aragon said, only half joking. "I had missed you greatly my love. " he snuggled into her and then noticed her ranger garb. "Truly, you look good in everything you wear." he murmured, eyes appreciatively drinking in the sight of her. "Mayhap next time we travel, we may travel together instead of apart?" he asked hopefully.

"And I have missed you too." Arwen said as she stroked his face softly.
Arwen laughed a little after Aragorn commented on her outfit.
"Oh, I don't know about that, but thank you." She chuckled in response.
"Of course we may travel together, I would love that. I wish we always traveled together." Arwen murmured, snuggling Aragorn.

Tom coughed slightly. "Please, this Tom asks, That cleaning not be too hard a task, and that nothing sloshy or sticky, be tossed around willy-nilly?" he suggested mischievously, liking the way the day had gone so far.

Gothmog whistled. "Hm.. Someone has a secret admirer, eh? Good for you, pretty lady!" he grinned suggestively, right before Tom gave him the LOOK.

Gothmog whistled nervously as if to distract the other maia's attention!

"Temper temper, dear heart, 'tis all in fun." Aragorn murmured to Arwen as he captured her hands in his own and stroked them gently, before letting them go and putting an arm around his lady's waist as he put a few particularly good pieces onto her plate and filled his own. "Shall we eat?" he asked mildly, "I, for one, am most hungry."
