I have sort of a weird request. I've recently joined another community called Roliana (yeah, I know, not as cool as Gaia since it doesn't even have a chat room yet, but there's some other cool things there). I've got a quest thread for my dream avatar, but I don't know how to make a banner, or how to make it into a link. Can I please get a banner for it? I don't know how much to pay, so you can just tack on a good tip to the usual fee.

Contest Dates: (So I know how long I have.) once again, not a contest. I guess it'll keep going until I get my dream avatar.
Image Size: (Preferably in pixels) No idea. Whatever's good for a small sig, I guess.
JPG or GIF: (Moving or not) probably just a JPG, since there's a limit on the length of a sig, and I've already got another little picture in there. I would like GIF if I can get it, though. How much extra code wold the GIF take?
Request: Preferably a cold, icy backround with the title in bold icicle-like letters. Maybe some falling snow if GIF wouldn't take too much extra code.
