He leapt off the closest wall to the door, through the entry way to the library, onto a shelf, and onto the floor next to Aurah's chair, in a slight kneel, all of this done with the impact of a feather's wake, and the sound a feather's flight. He smirks a little to himself, hoping to have taken the wolf at a suprise.
"......Speaking of Khenu, the boy seems to be...hmmm...i can't think of the word at the moment, it's an offshoot of Pyrokinesis, but having to do with electrical conduction. It's possible he's being adversely affected by the particular nature of this place...specifically it's lack of anything resembling normal magnetic fields..My compass has been spinning since I came here."
...he blinks...reddens slightly.
" Oh...My apologies for interrupting."

Aura blinked at Fu for a moment, before giving him a smile. "You're saying the boy's a lightning rod? I think that's a little far-fetched, I myself haven't noticed anything odd about him, maybe Bastet has...he seems rather attached to her. She'd be the one to ask." She threw a look over to Nailah. "Are you alright?"
Eclipse merely snorted at Fu and pounced on him, laying on him to hold him down with his weight.
"Must you Eclipse?"

"Couldn't it also be all the dark energy? I mean I myself sense it. And maybe the boy is just a little nervous. I myself sense that he was extremely lonely at a time in his life when he most needed love. Now he has come here and found it...most likely in this Bastet. Although I must wonder if he isn't attached to you as well Aura. Also the boy tends to get a serious anxiety at the most inopportune times. He has a unique shyness that passes above the normal level and is more adept than anything I've felt before. It seems to me that he is one of the most complex that I have ever sensed before in my life." She stopped and looked at the others. Shrugging she said, "Mind you that's just an observation.

Eclipse licked Fu's cheek then turned to whimper slightly at Aura.
"No dear, I'm sure by 'dark energy' she doesn't mean you, don't worry, I won't let anyone take you from me." She then looked to Nailah. "That empathic sense....well that makes for quite an observation now doesn't it?"

"Yes, well it seems to me that my unique...abilities tend to get sharper as I get older. I have been doing this for far too long and I have nerve been far off the mark. Personally, Khenu fascinates me. The level of loneliness in itself is remarkably high for one of so tender an age. As well as the fact that he tends to attach himself to animals which can and will be far more loyal than mere humans. Makes you wonder if maybe the kid has some separation anxiety."

Saradin in his late night wanderings found his way to the group. Eclipse was perched on top of someone, licking them, normal enough. "Good evening." Despite his actually being there, he had failed to keep up with those who had come in the last few days.

Rather than attempt to get up, he just uses his foot to wave at the voice. ....well, at least he's limber.

Eclipse immediately shot up and bounded over to Saradin, nuzzling his arm as he approached the man, completely forgetting about Fu and the cat.
Aura looked over, seeing Saradin. "Good evening to you as well Saradin, how the work on Soulforge coming along?"

Nailah looked at the newcomer in interest. She had met so many new people today and he was just one more. "Hello. I'm Nailah."
Rasui opened one eye and watched as Eclipse flashed by her. Not to be outdone she stood up and stretched. Then twitching her tail made her way over to Aura and curl up in her lap. Rasui meowed and began to purr.

Aura looked to the small cat who had taken residency upon her person. "Well, now I know I'm Egyptian and all...but..." She shrugged and pet the cat gently.

After responding fully to Eclipse's greeting with a friendly series of pets, he pulled his beaten sheath from his belt. "It's done." Then with a clean sharp note, the blade was free, weaving across the air as it passed. Clean white steel replaced battered rust. "It has been far to long since it was battle ready."
