((Continued from the Lab.)) Heading in through the large metal gates of the motor pool and straight into the office's Alex pulled up a computer and accessed the main fraim to make sure everything was in order and to make sure her order came through, with everything in order she quickly checked off the APC as in use and grabbed the key from the key rack and headed off down the line untill she found the APC in mention and climbed in and started it up and drove off towards the Main gates.

Mark opened the drawer of his oak desk, the old wood resisting and causing some effort to be put in when opening it. After pulling out the drawer Mark reached in and pulled out a pen along with a piece of paper. Filling out a description of parts needed such as more fusion cells for the portable power tools, along with combustible gas for the blow torch and other gas powered tools, other small time items like wrenches, paint, and other tools that where missing from the set where also requested. After filling it out Mark signed his name at the bottom of the page, sealed it in an envelope and set it on the edge of his desk.
Standing from his desk Mark stood and stretched, grabbing the envelope he walked out of his office closing the office door. Placing the envelope into a plastic tube, placing the jar into the message system, he watched as it traveled up the air tube and to the Generals office.
Opening the side door from the working office to the motor vehicle section, Mark strode into the the holding area of the larger vehicles such as the Mobile suits and tanks. Walking up to a dust covered mobile suit he looked it over, it lacked sufficient weaponry. Walking behind the vehicle Mark climbed a latter and started climbing it, turning around as he reached the top he climbed into the c**k pit and started it up. Moving the mech step by step until he got it to the weapons bay of the motor pool. propping the armored vehicle into an up right position and locking it with secure harnesses and locks, Mark climbed out and assessed the old mobile suit, "Now let me work my magic" he said rolling over a tool set.

((Message tube? What the hell do you think we are, a bank with those tubes propelled by air? We don't have a network of tubes running all through the base, you'll have to bring it to my office yourself, slide it under the door or something, you lazy b*****d. xp ))

((You could, but it'll never be approved, too much work laying underground tubes, too much power to operate, and plainly, a waste of materials. It seems people don't get that we're not the Western Brotherhood, we don't have unlimited materials, which they don't either, but we have even less. Everyone runs around carrying nothing but gauss weapons if they're able, but at a realistic rate, all the 2mm EC ammunition would of been used up long ago because gauss weapons are supposed to be used sparingly, not someone's entire inventory consisting of gauss weapons. Same with resources to create the message air tube, alot of materials and work just to create a complex system of tubes that go all around the base, for what purpose? So some fat a** and lazy mechanic doesn't have to walk the whole fifty yards to an office that's actually close to the motor pool if you look at the base map? You'd have to take it to the science division, but we use radios and intercoms for verbal messages, anything dealing with papers is just dropped off on foot. Just telling you right now that it'll be rejected outright, too much materials would be wasted for such a pointless project, unless you want to scrap your pointless special helicopter to make up like 2-5% of the message tube network, which alot more materials would be required than that. 3nodding ))

-DREAM KILLER!! I'll make the entire network out of glass! I would never scrap my helo, but i just might... just might considering that it hardly ever gets used and what not, but i'll do something... just you wait... -folds message into a guided paper air plane... and i know what you mean by the gauss, as far as i can tell since i have been in the guild you have only fired your gauss weapons twice, excluding being jumped by those reavers... and getting my Hummer torn up... i'll get you for that... just you wait...-

((That's my job, killing dreams. xd I only use my gauss weapons in tough spots, mainly against some tough a** enemies, otherwise, I carry enough normal weapons to handle most threats, some of those normal weapons being small arms for minor threats, then a grenade launcher and a Browning M2, if that can't handle the job, then maybe the gauss weapons. Like the reavers, they pack nothing but high technology weapons, like energy weapons and usually travel in large numbers, even a single person in power armor and using gauss weapons is hard pressed if running into them. I try not to use gauss weaponry, even though they're barrels of fun, but I also try to keep in mind the resources and what else is available. Normal shells are fairly easy to come by, we can even recycle shell casings, creating a high technology round is more harder, so of course, they're more rare, so should be used sparingly. It's like stimpacks and super stimpacks, tons of the normal ones, the super stims being rare, so we mostly use the normal stimpacks, same should apply to the gauss weapons and the normal weapons. But if it's a heavy firefight or a host of enemies such as mutants, I'll definitely use gauss weapons, because otherwise, more than likely, I'd be easy pickings without them. To me, RPing realistically is alot more fun, taking care to consider resources, that sort of thing.))

Mark entered the motor pool, it had been a while since he had seen to the machines that where like sheep to him. A shepard must always tend to his sheep. Entering the main office area he could see that the desk that where once so neatly organized where now covered in dust, his office in the back also no doubt needed cleaning. Letting out a sigh the head of maintenance started working. Picking up a box of towels for just such an occasion Mark wet one and began wiping the surface of everything. In a matter of minutes the towel was beginning to turn a dark brown, and he had only wiped down two desks, two more desks, shelfs, and his office where all that was left.
Spending a good several hours cleaning the outer area the place looked new, grabbing a clean white towel Mark wiped it over each surface and it came up just a clean as he had set it down. There was a slopping noise as Mark placed the wet and dirty towels into a waste bin, he would take them to the laundry mat after he was done. Entering his office, Mark placed on his environmental helmet and turned on his oxygen tanks. Entering the office he slowly made his way to one of the back locker, opening the locker there where grease and oil stained clothing, along with gym clothing piled up at the bottom, no doubt the smell was overwhelming. Grabbing a nearby bin, Mark placed the clothing and other items in the locker into the bin. Grabbing a large plastic lid he sealed it shut. Picking the bin up he took it outside, setting it down he set a sign on it that read, "DO NOT OPEN! HEALTH RISK!" and he went back in.
Spending nearly two hours in his office Mark came out his armor covered in dust and a bin full of black covered towels, that seemed to ooze mud. Placing the bins outside he took one final look over the office area. Mark headed back to his office and looked sat down at a podium like structure, grabbing a pencil he began etching on a blue piece of paper.

Zaid walked into the motorpool early in the morning he headed straight towards his Mobile suit he climbed into the cockpit and started it's energy generator and it came to life it's dash started lighting up with all the gauges and when all it's systems were online
he started moving it by controlling the handles
it made a slight "vvvvvvvt" sound as it started moving and he took it out of it's hangar he headed towards the motorpool giant doors and there was a control booth over there where he had to ask for permission inorder to exit with the mobile suit
Alex popped his head out of the booth and said "What's your business today Zaid"
"I'm taking my baby for a spin to see how she's doing and if I can get her any new toys" replied Zaid
"I see you're taking the boosters instead of the extra ammo containers" said Alex
"yeah I want to see how fast I can get her to go" said Zaid
Alex disappeared inside his booth and he pressed a button and the giant motorpool doors opened Zaid put on his visors just as the sunlight hit his eyes he squinted a bit before moving his mobilesuit
he started "walking" through the base and he almost stomped an initiate by mistake it wasn't his fault that the initiate was drunk at ten in the morning and almost threw himself under the suit's feet
"that was close Meena" said Zaid talking to his mobilesuit he named it Meena
he reached the base main gate and asked for permission to take it out on a training run in the wastelands after the main gate opened he made the suit get lower a bit in a near kneeling position and he activated the boosters just as he made it jump out giving it a great leap and a very cool exit
it would certainly take some time for the boosters' energy to refill
so he started doing some running maneuvers and jumping or dashing after half an hour or so he decided to use the thruster maneuvers he had been planning to use in combat
so he started with jumping to the side and activating boosters
he even wanted to try a crazy move so he found a ridge that was very high and would make a suitable place to try out this insane move he started out by running and getting the suit into max speed before reaching the edge and jumping off the fall was almost 40 meters when he jumped he flipped his suit and activated the boosters making the mobile suit land on the ground like a missle it even caused a crater in the sand dunes around him about of about 15 meters in radius
when he made the suit stand up he found out that the suspension system was not damaged in the fall he smiled and thought to himself "wow this machine has great potential wonder what would happen if we can get scientists who spcialize in these things to work on them and improve them"
after finishing his test runs he returned to the motorpool
and after spending about 2 hours maintaining and cleaning the mobile suit in it's hangar he headed to the barracks to get cleaned up himself and see if anything happens today

Spending the first day on his blue prints Mark had only come up with a basic layout for it, the vehicle itself would take weeks to build, with the help of machines and people, by himself no doubt a few months maybe an entire year given time and mission status. The size of the vehicle would be able to hold a six to seven man crew capable of demolishing any structure.
Grabbing his T-Square Mark began drawing interior designs, armor thickness, weapons details, how much power would be needed to run such a massive machine. The use of mobile suits would be required, calibrations would need to be precises.
Hours went by before the final stages of the blueprints where drawn up. Ammunition for this thing would be scarce, they would have to be made by hand, and the use of the vehicle would be rarely used, it would be more of a siege weapon than anything else. Having it though would make others think twice about doing anything within brotherhood territory.

Zaid stepped into the motor pool he took a deep breath and was suddenly approached by the bulky figure of Alex the "gatekeeper" as he likes to be called
"so, what are you up to this time Razgriz?" was Alex's simple question
"well Mark and I are gonna sparr using our mobilesuits and I'm here to let MEENA out and have some workout"
"so what are you gonna equipe HER with?" said Alex in a rather sarcastic tone
"hey don't laugh she got me out of a few tight spots and I plan on putting nothing on but thrusters that should give her a real boost"
"think she'll top 30 miles?"
"oh I know she'll go even faster than that bud I can propably get her to 40"
"FORTY!!! ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR GODDAMN MIND?" Alex burst out like a bomb his face was all bloated it seemed as if he was gonna burst himself
he paused and then continued "these speeds are impossible do you know what could happen to the suit?"
Zaid smiled at him and said in a calm voice "relax old man I already tested it and in my last run I got her to go over 37 miles per hour"
"oh yeah and what happened then?"
"I ran out ground and had to jump I got to do a really crazy move I managed to do a back flip and followed by a side one and as I landed I used the thrusters in small bursts to slow down my descent and I landed in the middle of the sand dunes if you want I'll take you to see the big a** crater that I made when I landed well unless it got covered up by dust and wind"
"are you crazy!!! what happened to the suspension system?"
"nothing!!! I couldn't believe it myself these machines have great potential you just need to find good enough pilots and if you can't just let me train some for you"
"anyway it's time for me to head out hey aren't you gonna come and watch the fight? a lot of he new guys and some from the science department are comming too they said they could better assess the properties of the suits much better"
said Zaid as he headed towards a lift to help unload the guns from his suit seeing as the thrusters were already there he decided to not replace them and after re-installing the hands he climbed into his dear suit
and with the press of a button it cam to life with all of the gauges and digital counters lighting up he put on his visor and took the suit out of it's housing and standing infront of the giant doors of the motorpool
he shouted at Alex who was lighting a cigaret and puffing smoke to open the doos for him Alex popped his head out from his booth and shouted back "keep your knickers on will ya, and I'll be there to see you get your a** handed to ya by Mark"
after the doors opened up he started moving quickly through the base hoping to reach the rendevouz spot first and have some training before Mark shows up
Mark might be a mechanic but he knows his way around anything that can move and this match should be interreting for both of them
reaching the gates of the base he requested permission from the guard on watch and she opened the gate for him
he dashed out of the base and headed to the designated spot

-Ragriz, you are aware that this thing, even with boosters can't go faster than 20mph... our scout care can only hit 40mph. If your moving that fast in the wasteland battle, i'm going to have to school you... hard core...-
Mark left his office, turning off the light seeing that it was nearing the time for his spar with Zaid. Mark let out a sigh, the old grease monkey was tired due to the all niter he had bulled drawing up those blue prints. However creative his mind was it would be useless due to the resources and cost of how much to make one thing.
Entering the motor bay, Mark could see Alex one of the few people that came and assisted in the motor pool since he was learning general maintains in order to save himself and others if their vehicle broke down. Alex saw Mark approach, "I see your here to kick some low level cocky Squires a** today. The guy said that his Mobile suit reached forty... haha, if thats the case i might as well be running at fifteen miles an hour on a regular basis" he said giving Mark a slap on the back as he walked over to his mobile suit.
Climbing up Mark had a smirk on his face, "I'll teach that newbie pilot a lesson, granted my skills with thing are rusty as hell in combat, but I'm pretty sure i can take him. Though she may not look it, Alice is a fighter," he said climbing into the mobile suits seat. Buckling him self in securely he began activating the mobile suit. The lights on the control panel flickered to life as power rand through illumanating everything, a moment later the engine of the large machine began to turn, sending vibrations through out his seat.
Alex looked up as Mark began to start up Alice, "I'll be making a pool of cash to see who wins, just as a heads up to give you an advantage, that Squire mentioned he beat the hell out of it last time, said he did flips and the like landed it. Says nothing happened to the suspension system, knowing what you taught in those classes the system must have taken a hell of a beating, so he might not last long moving at high speeds." he said removing the locking mechanisms on the mobile suit.
Mark smirked as he began moving the hands of the suit, "Alright thanks for the tip, i'll be sure to use it to my advantage. If he's moving around at the speeds he says he is it should be a cake walk" he said as he began moving the suit out of the bay and into the court yard of the base. The sun was bright today. Mark reached into his pocket and pulled out old glasses that people used to call shades that dimmed the sunlight considerably.
Changing gears, Mark began to walk out into the wastelands.

((Continued from Psychiatry Office))
Lypse entered the motor pool with a small stack of filled-out papers in hand and Jax in tow. When she arrived she spotted a mechanic working diligently on the underside of a buggy. "Excuse me, sir?" Lypse began, holding the papers in her hand. The man rolled out from underneath the vehicle, his face concealed behind goggles and a small mask covering the orifices on the front of his face. "What d'ya need?" "I have some forms that authorize me access to a Hummer tonight." She replied, smiling at the mechanic and holder out her hand to help him up. Ignoring her hand, he got up on his own and accepted the papers. "Let's see..." He flipped through them, scanning the various portions then turned to Lypse, "Looks like everything's in order, It'll be ready and waiting an hour before ya need it." With that, the mechanic returned to his work and Lypse left the Motor Pool, an eager smile displayed upon her face.
