islanders_CO39 "Hmmm...." A thoughtful look crossed her face before she smiled and looked at him with sparkling gold eyes. "Take me out....like...to a restaurant or something...something that I havent done..."
She made a gesture to a small folded package that was beside the bed. Lifting it up, she set it in her lap before speaking again. "It was delivered here today for me...but I dont know who its from....can I open it?" the smile on Kyos face faded,"It...was arrived today...for you...and you dont know who its from..."Kyo got up and examined the package carefully, his brow furrowed,"I dont liek the looks of this Rin...I dont like it wat all...I dont tihnk you should open this."

She stood in front of Kyo and stared oddly at the package which had red liquid now dripping out of it. The brown paper slowly absorbed the red and soon enough the paper was so wet that it slipped right off its contents. Inside was Rin's light violet kimono only drenched in blood and her kimono dropped to the ground splattering blood on her feet causing her to jump back.
Her face held an odd look...one of fear, but their were so many emotions mixed it was hard to tell. The kimono was her favorite one and some how...some way...someone had broken into their room and taken it. She noticably tensed up as she continued backing away from her bloody kimono until her back hit the wall and all she could do was stare.

She noticably tensed up as she continued backing away from her bloody kimono until her back hit the wall and all she could do was stare. Kyo went throug hseveral stages. First his face showed surprise, than confusion, than a violent anger showed in his eyes,"Who...did this..."he growled,"they...will...be PUNISHED!" he threw the bloody kimono into the fire, which began to brun fiercly. A fire shone in Kyos face, and eyes. A fire that showed an insane anger, than radiateds around him. HE put his hand on the mantleplace and stared into the flames.

She slid down the wall and just sat on the wooden floor stunned. It was unreal...her eyes were distant and her face in a state of shock. For several minutes she couldnt even speak, there were no words she could use to say how she felt. Finally she found her voice which was shaky. "K....Kyo....."

islanders_CO39 She slid down the wall and just sat on the wooden floor stunned. It was unreal...her eyes were distant and her face in a state of shock. For several minutes she couldnt even speak, there were no words she could use to say how she felt. Finally she found her voice which was shaky. "K....Kyo....." Kyo turned slowly and saw Rin sitting on the floor, he ran over to her and knelt in front of her and hugged her tightly,"Its alright Rin...its ok ill protect you."

Her chin rested on her husband's shoulder and she sighed softly. "I know you will...." She sounded completely out of it and her voice was distant. Closing her eyes briefly, she kept her head on his shoulder with her eyes closed. Once she opened them a face of a man was looking in the window, his eyes locked on hers with a smug look on his face. Her body noticably tensed up and she gripped onto Kyo tightly.

Closing her eyes briefly, she kept her head on his shoulder with her eyes closed. Once she opened them a face of a man was looking in the window, his eyes locked on hers with a smug look on his face. Her body noticably tensed up and she gripped onto Kyo tightly. Kyo felt Rin tense up and he turned and swa man standing at the window, but whne he saw Kyo turn, the man turned and ran. Kyo would have given chase but something smelled fishy. HE got his No Daichi and held it ready expecting something to happen.

Rin stayed cowering in the corner and an eerie silence filled the room. Suddenly, the window next to her shattered completely, spraying glass all over her and the floor. A round contraption had been hurled in and a follow smelling gas began to fill their room. Rin started coughing and she closed her eyes to prevent the gas from burning her eyes and not to mention to keep the glass from getting in her eyes which had shattered all over her.

Kyo heard glass shatter, and he saw a round object roll along the floor and fill the room full of smoke, he immediately hurled the object back outside. $ Ninja jumped through the window, and in a flash of blinding spead he cleaved them all in half in what looked like one second. Nothing follwoed this attack, and Kyo turne dot Rin who was still sitting on the floor,"Rin Are you alright?"

From there she was just completely cuddled up to him. Kyo held Rin very tightlybefore picking her up and carrying her back o the bed wher he lay her down. He put his No Daichi at the bed of the bed and lay down himself, putt ing his arm around Rin,"Rin...are you...feeling alright?"

No harm shall ever come to you..."he took her hand and said,"Just know,"he kissed her hand,"That I,"he kissed her forehead,"Am going to protect you." he gave her a soft kiss,"Now we should take our mind off...or rest...either works wonders i find."he gave her a reassuring smile.
