Khenu phased out of Aura's arms to stand off to the side dropping Bolt to his feet as he did so and fisting his hands into his hair. Several cracks accompanied by blue sparks went off and electricity flared up around the ten year old. Two words. Power overload.
"Bastet...it hurts..."He dropped down to his knees dangerous bolts of energy still generating themselves and not dying down at all from the small boy."

((Damn guys, O.o finish messing him up.))
Aura's head snapped from the amusement of watching Khai get bashed around to Khenu who's powers were throwing a fit, even apparently hurting the boy. Get close to that power house and it wouldn't be pretty. "Khenu. Khenu you have to calm down."

Bolt went wild and ran away quickly obviously sensing the danger. Now he had more reasons to be scared of humans.
Bastet squinted as she tried to keep track of Blaine, even cat eyes had trouble, but it was not impossible. When Khai landed again, it was plain to see that he was bleeding from several new marks. Shaking her head she mumbled, "Show off." After Blaine left she simply crushed Khai's ankes enough for pain to ruin any small chance he might have still had at standing. After that, she threw down one of her sai to pin his good arm to the ground by his clothes.
Turning to Khenu, she saw the little lightning bolt about to freak. He is attracting electricity to himself, not just producing it. Thinking compulsively, not really sure that it would work, she threw her other sai into the air above Khenu to try and get the electricity going elsewhere. She then made herself calm, hoping he would feed off of her feelings. "Aura, be calm so he can be."

((Ankles...talk about intense pain but not killing...))
Khai lay on the floor bleeding from various wounds. He practically couldn't move without causing some intense pain of some sort. That all happened so fast he couldn't even catch it all. But he smirked none the last. He wasn't dead yet, as Aurahkah had told them not to kill him. Pity on her part, he could use it all to his advantage even if he was a 'lowly human'. Foolish Aurahkah.
Aura looked to Bastet a moment then calmed the rising rage she was feeling. Khai was down for a while ((pun intended)), seeing as Bastet had made sure of that.

Still on his knees holding his head in a flare of electricity tears started to slip down his cheeks. Why did it hurt? It never hurt before. To double it all his empathetic senses were feeling out everything. They reached all thought he manor pickup up it all.
Blaine's anger; Bastet and Aura's relaxed states; Khai was giving off something but he couldn't name it; Even feelings of the other as they were in calm sleep or in the midst of torturing nightmares. He couldn't concentrate at all.
The sai thrown into the high voltage area couldn't of been a better choice. Whereas regular metals would of melted from the intensity, Bastet's sai was tipped with the odd metal that Khenu himself had given her from the tips of his boots. That metal conducted highly and neither scorched or melted giving the power something to concentrate on. All Khenu had to do now was calm down seeing as with the concentration of energy off his body let up the pain.
He squeezed his eyes shut tight and concentrated on Bastet and Aura. They were easiest to lock on and eased the pain in his head. With a short yell the blue bolts cracked loudly and dispersed in a shower of harmless sparks leaving Khenu on the floor on his hands and knees.

Bastet watched Khenu and wondered. He is no closer to controling his power, in fact he seemed worse. She watched the sparks, but ignored her sai which fell from the air, partially melted, oozing onto the floor.
Moving beside Khenu, she wrapped her arms protectively around him, sat him up, and cradled him, her ears drooping severly from worry. Why can no one help him control the powers, he has reached a new level, without mastering the old one. Saradin should be around to at least help him with the empath skills, if not the electricity.
Well aware that everyones anger had been a part of it, she smoothed back his hair, and apologized through comfort. "It is fine now Khenu. The pain is gone, the anger is gone."

Aura came to crouch beside Bastet and Khenu. She placed a hand to Khenu's back in a gesture of comfort to the boy and tried to keep the feeling she had for Khai to keep from breaking loose to spare the boy any further mishaps. That had certainly been a step up from the previous little swirls of electricity from him from time to time. "You'll be okay Khenu." She shifted her eyes as well as he language to Bastet. "He needs to be trained as soon as possible. If it's like this when he gets overwhelmed it could very well kill him. Even if we don't know how to deal with his kind of power we better learn to. And Niah can try her hand at the empath abilities." Casting her gaze now to Khai, oh all kinds of things came to mind. He wouldn't be going back home.

He hurt all over. He felt sick to his stomach and his head felt like it had been banged against a wall. Lucky for him he didn't have any of his weapons or anything of lesser metal on him or had been standing in water.
His clothes were still slightly hot from the voltage and he had a soft showing of what was a heat burn across his cheeks where his tears had slid down.
Eyes half closed he looked up to Bastet who was holding him and coughed which was followed by a few loose tears. "I d-don't w-w-want to be li-ke t-this..." With a soft exhale Khenu's eyes slipped close as he passed out going limp in Bastet's hold but his breathing steady.

Bastet stroked his hair, and rubbed his back lightly as well. She wiped away his tears and stood up holding him, still very protectively. "I am going to put him to bed, he needs rest so he can train and get stronger. It may be essential to his survival. It may also help anyone near him." With the small boy cradled him her arms, she carried him to his room and laid him down on the bed. As she covered him up, she placed a kiss atop his forehead. Ra, the teasings she would get later.... She made sure he was tucked in and closed his door, heading back to the main room.
Approaching the scene she stood over Khai and looked to Aura. "What shall we do with him? You never did enlighten me with your plan. Though I have a few ideas of my own."

Aura's sadistic smirk returned as she turned to her friend. She glared down at Khai. Oh yes he would pay dearly. And over a substantial period of time as well. She reached down and grabbed Khai by his shoulder, pulling him up slightly. "I say we drag him down to the basement and find him a suitable holding spot. Then I think he should be tortured for days on end. Evey time he bleeds a little to much we can heal him and come back in an hour to only ******** him up again." Oh yes, she hadn't been called evil and a match to a plague on the very Egypt she held so dear. The Aura who had once always shown up covered in blood was about to be let loose and splattered with blood all over again. "What do you think?"
Khai's eyes widened the tiniest bit. He couldn't understand them but the looks and tone of their voices told him that he had stepped over some kind of line. Loss of blood was already muddying his thoughts and vision and he groaned as Aurahkah grabbed his shirt. He remained in his positive mindset. Aurahkah would slip up somewhere and give him his chance. That's how it always happened.

Bastet reflected as her past came back to her. She had bloodied up and killed a few people in her day. A few hundred maybe, a few... She better stop there. Just thinking about it gave her a thirst for blood. Amidst the killing she had also done quite a bit of torturing. A grin played upon her face, showing her small cat fangs, as her ears perked up once more, with a sort of grim happiness that washed over her.
Picking up her good sai, she put it on her belt and grabbed Khai as well, making sure to "accidentally" dig her extended claws into him. "Sounds like fun to me, lead the way."

Nodding and with the help of Bastet, Khai was dragged down the hard stone steps that lead to the basement, Aura making sure he hit every one roughly. Leaving him with Bastet she got an extra key from a box that was tacked to the wall and found it's matching vault lock. Pushing open the empty vault she gestured to it. "Have the honor."

Bastet grinned fiendishly, she bowed mockingly, "Thank you." She picked him up roughly and threw him hard inside the vault. After hearing him land with a painful noise, she kicked him once more with her clawed feet, then turned and walked back to the steps. "I will torture him later. He needs one of those healing times you were speaking of earlier, besides, I need a cat nap. Plus, I need to find one terrified kitten." After yawning very widely, she waved to Aura, and headed back up the stairs. Deciding to check on Khenu once more she found Bolt curled up on his stomach staring at him. Afterwards, she went to her room, stretched out on her bed, and buried her face in her pillow, drifting into a deep sleep.
((Torture is fun and all, but i need sleep.))

Aura watched after her friend for a moment before stepping into the vault and crouching next Khai. "You should have listened when I told you to go home Khai. Now look what you've gotten yourself into. It'll be so much fun for us, but I'm afraid you won't be having any." Placing a hand to his chest she cast a healing spell upon the once friend.
Khai grabbed her arm, more specifically her bracelet and gave it a yank. "If I die I'll make sure to take you with me."
In a simple shadow walk like gesture she was away from Khai, standing outside the vault and readjusting her bracelet. "Trying to kill me will only get others on your case, especially a vampire who would have no qualms about you being a warm meal. Blaine may not want to drink your rotten blood. But Vincent would. Hell if I was a vampire I'd drink as well just to kill you off slowly." Aura shrugged all too nonchalantly. "Sweet dreams Khai, we'll be back later." She slammed the door shut just as Khai managed himself up and made a run for the door. Shoving the key in the lock she secured the door and only smiled at the muffled banging and yells. "See what greed gets you?" She turned and made her way up the stairs, retrieving a dazed Eclipse from the couch and cradling him in her arms as she made her way into the solarium on the second floor that was on the balcony. There she stood at the glass panes of the structure, watching the storm rage outside, blankly.
Eclipse whimpered slightly, nuzzling his head under her chin. "Your feelings are darkening..."
((Of course we wait for vampire mode to roll around. Night.))

In a dark empty room, the four celestials stood, watching a crystal.
"Knight to bishop three." Azaireal mocks the sights in the crystal. "Remember the old days when we had three heads, and more teeth than scales?" His three companions laugh. Only Azaireal never took the denizens as serious threat to the mortals. Perhaps he has faith in the mortals, or perhaps he doesn't care what fate has in store for them. "So, the gates are opening. . . And we the Archangels stand her watching through a looking glass."
"Songs to the heart, blades to the soil. Alas, my good Earth, you shall toil." Azaireal turns from the looking glass. "When we meet again, my hands will not be so clean. These fools think that they can waltz about the planes without a few . . ."
Azaireal opened his wings, and flew towards hell. "Setbacks."
Hell was not a pleasent place, far to cold for Azaireal's liking. But here he was, on the eve of this planes destruction. The welcoming roar of thousands of hellions awaited the angel, many voices that will never cry out again.
"How many times must I tell you guys, this is your home now!"
Out numbered beyond the realm of reality, Azaireal's strength would be his only ally. If he could kill one demon, every esecond for ten hours, he could probably casue them to rethink their next invasion... Perhaps...
