(( Back! ))Nakago *Kage waited as he was caught up to. So he was not the first or only person who had similar experiences like this...this was good...Kage could lighten up a bit about the whole thing and probe further* "Well...thats not he only reason I said something...You see...I first heard it...When I was at work... *He spoke as he continued walking around a corner where they might soon pass a pair of rather tourista looking characters...or at least one of them.* Kyo scowled as Takashi scoured the map. "This campus is huge an' you have no sense of direction, it's gonna take ferever fer us t'find that information desk!" he snapped, snatching the map out of Takashi's hand and tossing it neatly into a nearby recycle bin. "Why don't we just ask those two, they seem t'know th' lay of th' land."
"I was tryin' t'avoid lookin' like an incompetent country bumpkin," Takashi grumbled, but followed his friend towards the two chatting young men.
Kyo, who had apparently been born without inhibitions, marched right up to the pair and asked: "Oi, c'n you guys help us out real fast?"
"It'd be a big help... an' sorry t'interrupt ya..." Takashi jumped in, rubbing the back of his head in mild embarrassment. No wonder Kyo's mother was so worried about him going to college -- with manners like this (like an American, he thought with a chuckle), he wouldn't make it through the second day before getting kicked out.

He pulled off the tree as they were addressed, and adjusted his suit coat, brushing the little pieces fof bark from it and taking in the strangers. Quite a differnt pair than any he had run into.::
No...don't worry about it...what can we do for you?

Nakago "If you are as you say you are...and I cannot deny it...The Seiryuu no Miko...then I am at your service" ::He bowed respectfully.:: Yui's eyes grew to about the size of dinnerplates. Her calm exterior melted at his sudden words and she took several steps back, hands akimbo, mouth fumbling for words. When she finally did attain them, they were anything but gracious.
"No, no, um, you misunderstand... I was the Priestess, but that was a long time ago, I'm through with all of that, you understand? I don't -- I really don't want anything to do with that, ever again."

"The visitor center is that way...on the complete other side of campus... *pointing* ...by the time you get there...everyone will probably be on lunch break though."

He had framiliar feeling with Sanjiro...but had supressed it all this time due to the nature of their interactions thus far, even though that strange familiarity had surely assisted in his discussion of the recent events. He looked back and forth between the two newcomers and then spoke a bit aprehensively::
"Have we met before?...Perhaps at a party or something...I have this strange feeling like I've met you before..."

"I am afraid that destiny stands against you my dear. If you are chosen of the beast god, then there is no escape from that destiny. Under the circumstances...I implore you to reconsider your position..." Yui shook her head again, gripping the chair firmly in her hands. She struggled to find the right words, desperately hoping she could get this stranger to understand. "I'm afraid you're mistaken. The Priestess -- I mean, after I summoned Seiryuu I was sent back here because, because you see, there's really no need for me anymore... and to be honest Seiryuu didn't even really choose me, it was more of an accident... an accident that cost a lot of people their lives and... and it's all over, you see, so I'm really just an ordinary high school student, now."
Please believe me, she whispered inwardly, keeping her face clean of emotions but clenching and unclenching her fists in anxiety. Please, God, let him believe me, let him understand that I'm through, that I've no place in this mess... That I can't have anyone else dying because of my decisions, not anymore, not ever again.

"Have we met before?...Perhaps at a party or something...I have this strange feeling like I've met you before..." "Across campus, thanks!" Takashi turned to go, but the stranger's words stopped him. He glanced back over his shoulder, wincing slightly as Kyo's face turned from friendly to slightly annoyed. Somehow, this wasn't going to end well.
"Kuso, if I had a hundred yen for evertime I'd heard that recently..." Kyo grumbled under his breath. He placed his arms defiantly across his chest, raising an eyebrow at the helpful college students. "No, I'd say we've never met, seein' as how I've never been t'Tokyo b'fore, but maybe we knew each other in a past life, or in an alternate dimension, or maybe I'm yer long-lost twin brother come back from th' dead, or--"
Takashi unceremoniously popped his comrade across the back of the head. He looked over the taller boy's shoulder, flashing the strangers' a weak grin. "You'll have t'excuse my idiot friend. Last night we were practically attacked by this pair-a nutjobs who kept sayin' that Kyo was some reincarnated Celestial Warrior 'r somethin' equally crazy... the big city's makin' him a little on edge, s'all." The young man ducked a hasty bow to the pair. "Thanks fer yer help, an' you said th' visitor's center was, er... which way again?"
"Yeah, yer one hell of a good chaperone..." Kyo trailed off into a string of muttered insults, rubbing his sore head all the while.

"...after I summoned Seiryuu......summoned Seiryuu......summoned Seiryuu......summoned Seiryuu......summoned Seiryuu......summoned Seiryuu..." ::The words resonated within his head. The power swirling around them stopped immediately. He was in a state of shock that debilitated almost his entire being.::
::He stammered a moment, stuttered, almost fell against the table before repeating her words out loud::
"Summoned...Seiryuu..."
::He looked her in the eyes, his mind racing::
"Impossible...No...Seiryuu does not make mistakes..ther can be no accident..."
::To the rest of the room, he surely appeared as a man in a babbling frenzy, who most of then did not recall seeing enter the cafe::- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Tasuki and Kouji (Rihga) "Across campus, thanks!" The words "Celestial warrior stuck in his head too. He had never heard those two words in that order, together before...but it had an impact on him. He narrowed his eyes and caught a glimpse of tyhe one that sent his mind off like it had been before..when he had met the eyes of the stranger on the train. The eyes, the essence was the same..the clothing and environment were different though. A clearing...A large tree, he was bleeding...Kage snapped back to "reality" and stepped forward, all but ignoring the more practical of the two, though not intentionally::
"Yes...I'm sure of it...I know you..."
