Sitting in his chair, he lets out a sigh when he heard that last bit. "I feared as much, I was hoping that the distance would heal the connection between them. That was a futile effort I see." He held the bridge of his nose while letting the pain of his developing headache flee from him. "I don't know what to do. Is your friend human? The one who wants to join."

"No, not right now, She was a vampire a few years ago but then she found out how to change that, she bacame human again. Last night there was a big fight and she got stabed, Fate had to heal her and to do that had to change her back into a vampire. Right now she is one but she will find a way to become human again." Phantom sighed a low sigh. "I hope she is ok, she was really badly hurt."

"I would appreciate it, if she could help Lily. I know Lily's desire to become human to be with me." he looked to his sword. "Now I just need to figure out what to do with you until that happens." He looked around the room, and decided to put it in the weapons locker. He went over to it and put his sword in the place of another one, taking that instead. Looking back a Phantom, "So, I take it you and V are getting closer. Is that a good thing?"

"Of corse it's a good thing. Edward, I don't know what I would do without him now. Now that we are bound together he can feel what I feel and I can feel what he feels. He has been away for a few days and it hurts to be parted from him. If he finds out what I have done to that man the other night, he would look at me like I was a monster and never want to see me again. The only way he doesn't know about it is that I felt happy to do it and he doesn't know that I killed a man. Edward, I would die without him." Phantom looked down, having her hair go infront of her face.

"No." he looked at her with piercing eyes. "The Phantom I know would be able to go on living, with or without him. Don't get me wrong, I am happy for you that you have found your mate, but please don't let him weaken you to the point that you must depend on him to live." Edward got up and moved to the window. "We have been friends for a long time now, and I care what happens to you. I want you to know, that if anything happens to you that is his fault, he will die by my blade." he turned to face her. "But lets pray that it doesn't come to that."

Phantom looked at him. "Your right, but he just means so much to me." She looked down at looked at her arms again. "We are part of eachother now." She leaned back in the chair, and closed her eyes. She said quietly, "Edward, there are so many things going on now, and I may be able to get a new place, a place of my own. It would still be here in the outerlands but underground." She hummed and her sword huvered for a moment. She said its name and there was a flash of light, in place of the sword was a small dragon. It jumped on her lap and looked at Edward.

"I am sorry that I wasn't here to help you through all of this." he sat down on the window's edge. "Will you be moving with V?" he asked with earnest, wondering weather or not he really would have to kill this man before to long.

"Yes, the invatation was for the both of us, I am just waiting for his answer before I got to..." Phantom stops her self there. She then continues her statement, "Quin, and tell him that we are going to do it." She pets the dragon in her lap.

"Quin, that is what he wants to be called. Quin is V's old friend and he has offered us a place to stay. He said that he wants to protect his friends at right now." Phantom sorta tensed, she promised Quin that she would never use his real name.

"Hmm..." He had never heard the name before, and it worried him that she would go because of V. "Phantom please be careful. I have a weird feeling about this. I don't know who this Quin you speak of is, and it worries me that you are going because he wants to protect his old friends. And what is he protecting them from?" he asked with nervousness in his voice. "If there is something going down soon I need to know about it. Its my job to try and stop it."

"Quin has some people that want him dead and they will try to get to his friends and try to get to him like that. Since I am one of his friends mates, he wants to protect us both." Phantom looks at Edward. "I'll be fine, its not your concern."

A look of shock, then coldness came across his face. "Not my concern. WHAT DO YOU MEAN NOT MY CONCERN. YOU ARE MY BEST FRIEND, AND THE POSSBILLITY OF YOU GETTING KILLED BECAUSE OF SOMEONE ELSE, IS NOT MY CONCERN." Very few things ever made Edward mad, being told it wasn't his concern is one of them. "WHAT PART OF I CARE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU DIDN'T YOU GET." he threw his sword into the wall and burried it to the hilt, then stared off out the window.

Phantom is shocked by Edwards yelling. "It's not your concern because there is now way I can die now. I can't die no mater what. The only way I can die is if someone took a stake and drove it into my heart!" She unbuttened her top and showed Edward a metal plate on her chest. "Nothing can go through this, not even the hardest metal out there." Phantom got up and walked over to Edward. "Edward, It's no ones fault but Quins. I just so happen to be in love with one of his best friends" She looks at him with a caring look. "And if someone got that close to me to try to kill me, I would break their neck or do something in my power to stop them. I have people that I need to protect too."

"If you can't die then why do you have to go into hiding?" he asked restraining the anger in him. He didn't want to yell at her again. "Can't V protect his own neck? or does he always have to rely on others to take care of him?"
