Zersilo grinned, taking the opportunity to get his living soldiers to attack Kyo. They attacked with silver tipped arrows, effective against vampires and demons, and werewolves. This was always a fun time to test out weapons, when the Prince of The Netherworld wanted to kill you, what did you have to lose? Zersilo grinned, knowing that silver would indeed be painful and would hurt considerably.

Kyo smiled,"Silver arrows eh...how expensive, and yet utterly workless..."the archers fired a volley at Kyo and the sky became dark with them all. Yet Kyo remained still, protecting Rin with his body, and reisisting her attempts to pull him down, when they were around him he struck, cutting some in half, and deflecting other back at the archers, while the rest fell behind him. The arrows ripped throu several dozen of the archers, and kyo smiled,"I admire your tenacity Zerkilos..."than he said seriously,"if you come down now, perhaps...we can make an agreement. You said you wanted an alliance, and I am willing. It is simple as that...if you refuse, than all of your men here will die, pass into the netherworld and make the demonic armies stronger. It is your decision."he began to toss an apple casually in the air, befreoe taking a bite out of it.

Rin stayed clutching onto her husband's arms as he stood and she refused to let go of him. She was afraid of Zersilo now, knowing that he could control her mind and body. Resting her head on her husband's shoulder, some more of her blood stained his clothing, but still she refused to leave him no matter what he said or did.

"One problem with your treaty Mr. Kyo." Zersilo said calmly. "If you kill me, then Rin also dies, so that makes that part of your argument null and void. Secondly I'm a Necromancer, you kill my troops, I'll just raise them again. Thirdly I don't need to lay a finger on your wife or children any longer." Zersilo said calmly.

Slowly walking towards Kyo and his sword Zersilo paused. " I'll tell you what, I agree to your 50/50 arrangement, but training undead isn't very logical, as they don't improve much, being undead, they will however never run. Now, as for the rest of the troops, my brothers troops are a little undisciplined but that's about it, you'll find that there skill is equal to your troops. I believe that's about it. And since I don't trust handshakes, we'll exchange blood to become brothers in blood." Zersilo said calmly.

"The official ceremony will be tomorrow, you and your wife are to remain here until the exact time. Enjoy your stay, my honoured guest. I need some time to prepare the spell that will not only fix Rin, but make her stronger. You may either enjoy your stay in my castle or choose to go in your own private cabin that's located deeper in the wood. I wish you a goodnight, I will be working for most of the night. I bid thee adieu" Zersilo said bowing to Kyo half-way as he made his way back into the castle.

Watching Banji stand before an army that could easily overwhelm him with sheer numbers was impressive, but Markus took a keen interest in this Deus X, that the architect had talked about. “I've only just arrived on this world and something is already trying to destroy it. This disturbs me, I’ve heard of these ‘world devourers’ before.”

Markus drew a second circle next to the first, “Show me Deus X”

Kyo walked into their room, and lay RIn down on the bed and he shook her gentally,"Rin...time to wake up..." he sat beside her and put his sword on the bed, and stared at her.

Kyo took out a roll of bandages and disinfectant, and poured it on the wound, and bandaged it, and than took out some headache medicine and popped some pills into Rins mouth and helped her swallow the pills with water, than he took her hands in his,"Rin...how are you feeling?"
