*stretches* I'm doing research on Essiac, a cancer-relieving tea. Evidently, when made properly, it causes a huge success rate in remissions.
My mom's got a friend in her college class who's got liver cancer. Three bouts of chemo and two of radiation, no surgery option. She's supposed to die next year. We offered to make this tea for her, and she just laughed and said "Sure, why not? What's it going to do, kill me?"
So now, I have the yay of making this special tea, brewed special the way it's supposed to be.

That's what we're hoping for. My mom's going to try it too, to see if it helps with her migraines, and my family's going to try it since burdock and turkey rhubarb and sheep sorrel are all blood cleaners. (Three of the ingredients in it.)
I'm also going to try it since technically ovarian cysts are a form of tumor... benign, of course, but still.
It seems it's supposed to work just as well for a preventative as it does for cure.

My air ferns are still small yet, but they're slowly growing. I swear, it's the only thing that will live in this tiny apartment. Anything else struggles and eventually dies. D:

Well, we're lucky. We get a new member every week or two, and that's a really impressive achievement, considering that this is an anime and RP site. XD It's really nice to see a bunch of other people with the same interests outside of medicine.

O_o ooooooo!!! I remember something...
I saw a decorated pot with Hedera on the market x3 Not too big and pretty to decorate my plantless room... though... can Hedera stay alive inside, without sun? My room only has one window, and that's in the North x.x
