Artemis Vulpes Kuro Feuer Kuro nodded "allright, I will, don't you worry, I'll be keeping an eye for you two" he smiled, as he walked, opening the door to the inn "anything else?" Xathrus walks in ahead of them as Artemis stops infront of Kuro. Ah she kisses his cheek she holds on his hands a puts a key in his palm, curling his fingers around around it, then looks into his eyes. "Only thank you, for helping me and this.... this is a key to the weapons locker, just in case." She then walks into the inn without looking back, her tail brushing up against Kuro's arm. he holds her hand firmly while she hands him the keys, he nods, smiling "yes, I do hope it does not comes to that" -it better, you don't even know how to point a gun in the right direction...- he smiled, shivering as her tail touches him, he grins wide, and follows in closely, quickly sneaking back to his spot behind the bar, putting his apron back on, ready to start taking orders again

Cade looked over his shoulder as everyone came back in, and stretched and yawned from leaning over and looking at his laptop for so long. "So there is life afterall in this bar." he snickered to himself while listening to Artemis tell Kuro to watch out and alert anyone for anything out of hte ordinary he shifted. "Out of the ordinary?" he muttered to himself, "I wonder what's going on..." He looks up to Kuro who walked up behind the bar again. "Uh can I have a vodka please?"

Vashyyk Cade looked over his shoulder as everyone came back in, and stretched and yawned from leaning over and looking at his laptop for so long. "So there is life afterall in this bar." he snickered to himself while listening to Artemis tell Kuro to watch out and alert anyone for anything out of hte ordinary he shifted. "Out of the ordinary?" he muttered to himself, "I wonder what's going on..." He looks up to Kuro who walked up behind the bar again. "Uh can I have a vodka please?" Kuro nodded, quickly grabbing a little glassshot and filling it with vodka, sliding it over at Cade, he blinked a few times, then he reached for his pocket, sliding a few coins in Cade's direction, exactley the same ammount he had paid for "there you go, your drink, and I'm sorry, the Hostess told me drinks are all for free, It was my mistake, there you go for what you paid last time" he smiled kindly, then rested his elbows on the bar, giving Artemis a quick glance before going back at Cade "so, what has been happening around here while I was gone?"

4shadow Vermilion walked slowly in to the Inn looking around with curiousity and takes a seat in the back corner. Kuro twitched his ear, noticing the lone racoon "hey, you going to want something?" he smiled, waving "no need to stay so secluded"

Artemis and Xathrus move around the different areas of the bar, talking quietly. For each place they go to, Xathrus makes a small marking on the wall with a brush, what it is he marked is not easily seen. At times the conversation between the two seemed very serious, but now and then they could be heard laughing at something the other had said. It was an intriguing and curious sight to see this wizard going about, for those not aware what he is doing.
Out side the Tales End, several vehicles had come to park across the street. They had no marking, but looked military by design and color. So far, though, no one has gotten out so it cannot be confirmed who or what they are.

Her eyes go wide as she watches the group of anthros climb out of their vehicles. “Everyone, get down!” She yells, pulling Kuro down with her as she quickly goes to the ground, covering her head just as the glass from window shatters. Just barely getting out of the way as the bullets come ripping through the room, the sounds of continued gunfire heard soon after.

"I don't want my money back, doesn't feel right, keep it to yourself." Cade looked over at the two, "strange, what is he putting on the walls? I can't see anything on the wall, but he's putting a brush to it..." Then he looked back up to Kuro, "I don't think we've been properly into-" he was cut off as Kuro yelled and pointed to the windows. Snapping his head over he looked out. "I can't see any creature in the cars, and with no markin-"
"Everyone, get down!" he heard artemis yell and dive over the bar with his laptop as the bullets filled the Tavern. "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE!?" he yelled absolutley confused with the s**t scared out of him.

"WHAt i..." he quickly rolls on top of her, he bares his teeth, fur bristling as he holds her real close, backing up against the bar, he had no time to think, no time to react, his insctint told him to shift right now and make a run for it, but no, he sworn to protect her.... he coudn't.... this time he woudn't run, he kept shaking, holding on to her " you'll be okay, you'll be okay, don't worry Artemis... you will..." he stoped whispering and just remained silent, holding back the impulse to yelp in fear at the repeated shots one after another, these people are -seriuos-

((Hey guess what?! I'm baack! ))
Dracos is awakened from his spot in the back of the building by the sounds of gunfire in the front. "What the hells?" He walks over to the edge of the building, glancing around the corner. A group of cars has pulled up in front of the Inn and there are several anthros firing guns into the front of the building. Dracos' eyes go a deep, dangerous red, and he opens his jaws slightly, growling. A bullet hits him in the shoulder, bouncing off his thick scales and burning painfully, but only increases the anger he feels.
"What do they think they're doing?" he thinks. A arc of electricity crawls over his jaws, joining others, and forming a small storm of energy inside his mouth. The energy builds until it becomes a blinding light, then he thrusts his head forward, firing a huge bolt of lightning at the cars parked in front. As he releases the blast, he sweeps his head to one side, digging a furrow in the ground and overturning one of the cars.
The burst of sound from the bolts release shatters what's left of the buildings lower windows, then Dracos charges, giving out a thundreous bellowing roar.
((I'm still in feral form right now. I'm charging around the corner of the building on the right.))

Manda had been fast asleep upstairs, completely unaware as to what had been going on downstairs. Her despair had been growing deeper by the day, and as a result, she slept longer. In Feral form, she was fairly small and found it easy to hide in closets or drawers to sleep undetected for long period of time. When she woke up she always had problems feeling awake, and was tired throughout her days. But the racket downstairs was enough to wake anybody.
Manda snapped to reality when she heard the unmistakable sound of gunshots downstairs. Panic ripped through her to the tip of her tail, which fluffed up to three times it's normal size and the fur stood on end. She arched her back, hissing, and darted out of the closet she had been hiding in and to the top of the stairs to look down, where she saw Artemis, Kuro and an unfamiliar Anthro crouching on the ground around the tables and bar. Taking a deep breath, she bounded down the stairs over to Artemis and Kuro. Outside the window, she glimpsed Dracos charging the offending Anthros and their vehicles, and relief washed over her. Crouching her belly to the floor, she hissed to Kuro. >What's going on?<
