At the sight of the red tendrils of his sibling's blood, Aduro found his mind filled with the memories of that fateful battle. He watched as the brother who had nearly killed him gasped with the force of the blow Aduro had delivered to his handsome face. The dark-haired demon knew that his brother took much pride in his looks, and the ulitmate disgrace for any seducing demon, was to lose their beauty.
Aduro was brought back to reality by the vague sensation of his brothers claws in the back of his thigh. Dulce had found a place beween the plates of Aduro's grieves where the armour was slightly separated. He gritted his teeth as he felt those horrible weapons rend the skin away from the muscle. Loosening his hold on Dulce's hair, Aduro let his brother's bloodied body fall as he forcefully ripped the claws out of his leg, snarling as he did so.
Looking back on the slim form of his brother, Aduro leaped forward, claws unsheathed onto Dulce pinning Dulce's lean arms to the ground. As he did so, he lowered his head, and with a twisting movement slashed Dulce's scarred chest with his sharp, curved horns, re-opening an old wound. Aduro saw the bright, crimson fluid bubble out of the gash, and inadvertantly loosened his grasp on the younger brother's body...

Once again, before Dulce could even blink, he was pinned to the ground by his elder brother, and those ram-like horns tore into the scar he had received the first time they fought.
The deep crimson liquid poured out and Dulce couldn't hold back his pain this time, and let out a terrible yell, dripping with agony and anger. He knew his brother was getting so much enjoyment out of this, but right now the burning in his chest was all that mattered.
The silver-haired Incubus knew that now was the time to strike back and strike hard. Without Aduro noticing, Dulce began his serpantine transformation, the spade in his tail folding in on itself and forming a long rattle-like shape. His tongue became slim and forked, and those long fangs returned, dripping with venom. His long, slightly curved horns shrunk into his head, leaving small spikes barely poking out through his hair. Also, said hair began to blend into his body, as his wings pulled up and shaped themselves into place, becoming the large hood the cobra was known for.
Dulce took the opportunity to slip out and away from Aduro, his legs now becoming one long tail. The now naga-like man slithered hurriedly towards his brother, winding himself around the ebony-haired brother's body. Before Aduro was able to react, the younger brother had fully become his serpant form, which seemed to be a large hooded Cobra-Rattlesnake-hybrid. His bracelet, which had obviously disappeared from his arm, slipped its way out of the scaly skin at the end of Dulce's tail, just below the rattle.
He hissed threateningly at Aduro, and pulled his body tightly so that it coiled and tightened around the Incubus' body.

Within a few seconds, Aduro's triumphant grin disappeared as he saw his brother transform into his serpent form. Aduro looked shocked as he felt the coils of the great snake, twist around his body, crushing the air from his lungs. Bright spots began to appear in front of his eyes as he struggeled for every breath of air, trying in vein to claw his way free.
Eventually the silvery snake had placed his coils in the most strategic places on Aduro's body; the chest, the neck and the stomach. If Aduro didn't get out soon, his heart would simply stop due to the pressure Dulce was placing on it...that's if he didn't snap Aduro's his neck first, or suffocate him.
Soon the elder brother's breathing had almost stopped, his eyes seeing nothing but blackness. In the darkness Aduro could almost imagine it was happening to someone else...In the back of his mind he knew he was dying... "and at the mercy of my brother...? NO! I will not let this happen again!" He screamed inwardly. Summoning every iota of strength, Aduro began his own transformation. Unable to free his wings, Aduro concentrated on changing his head first...it flattened and lengethed...his face changing to that of a horned viper. His trapped body fused together, allowing him to force his jaws from Dulce's coils.
His unsheathed fangs were at their full length, and using all his force he sank them into Dulce's body. Feeling his brother relent slightly, Aduro was able to slip away and complete the transformation; The huge wings folding upwards to complete the hood, his grieves moving to cover his lower coils. It was only in this form that Aduro truely resembled his brother serpent..

What was Aten seeing before him? He was amazed that events were going so quickly, how could Dulce, of which the young vampire admired and loved so much, be hurt so badly. He had seen Dulce as amazing and powerful, but aparantly it was extremes that he always managed to see in his love. Dulce either needed no help at all, or, as had happened two times already in thier brief relationship, he needed saving and help healing.
This confusion and sheer overwhelming action before him had stunned Aten for some time, unable to move or speak, just watch what was going on. Now though, while Dulce would need the young boy's courage and determination once again, what would he do? What could he do.
Aten was fully aware of the power gap between himself and the titans battling in front of him, but he had to do something. With this thought, and his heart pounding rapidly there was a bright golden glow from beneath the vampires robes and a small grin formed on his face. ' Of course! ' The glow was brightening and aparantly moving outwards from Aten's body, the glow, as it seemed to be a good few inches from his body, dullened and seemed to corporealised. With this Aten took hold of what now apeared to be a staff of some kind. Golden, and heavily decorated with jewls, the only thing that made it seem not purely for decoration was the 8x4 inch crystal at one end, which was a spookily deep black colour that looking into seemed like an abyss.
'Hello, old friend of mine ' Aten said softly with a hint of nostalgia in his delocate voice. ' I'll do what I can, because I must ' . Aten raised up his staff high into the air ' MUKTI!! '
A black stream of light shot into the clouds and following it an aura became visible around Aten's entire body, which proceeded to be lifted from him as both the crystal lost it's colour and the beam disipated at a steady speed. ' That seems to have done the trick, tingles slightly ' the vampire boy jokedly said to himself. ' Now to put this staff to use...This is for you my love! ' Aten shouted as he waved his staff in Dulce's direction. With this gesture an almost invisible beam shot from the staff straight into where one might assume his heart would reside.
' That should keep his injuries down to a minimum...although the way this fight looks like it'll end up, it may be the only thing that keeps him alive...These boys and their testosterone.. ' Aten quipped, rolling his eyes gently.
(*Mukti - 'release' in sanskrit)

Dulce knew he was mere moments from stopping his brother's heart from beating for good, but unfortunately for him, Aduro had speedily begun his serpantine transformation, and had become a fully-formed horned viper-cobra hybrid within a few seconds.
After the deep bite he had received from his brother, the younger male quickly pulled away, knowing that the venom would begin to swim throughout the entirity of his bloodstream any second now. He started to feel rather dizzy, but could tolerate the poison, just as Aduro could tolerate Dulce's.
The younger brother staggered a bit backwards, as best his body could, being a snake and all. He shook it off and looked up at Aduro, hissing threateningly. His pupils became even thinner, and he quickly slipped forward, slithering around Aduro at an increasing speed. Every so often the smaller snake would bite into the larger's body, sometimes ripping at the scales and flesh there.
Suddenly he noticed that a spell, that obviously wasn't his own, was being cast not far behind him. Dulce figured that it could only be one person, or rather, vampire...
Suddenly, he felt a cool, soothing feeling in his chest, and Dulce knew that Aten had directed the enchantment at him. He felt some of his minor injuries heal, but he was still a little weary and the open wound on his chest wouldn't begin to heal just yet.
While the Incubus-turned-serpant was thankful for the help, he didn't want to have to rely on the younger man for help and healing. He turned to face Aten for just a moment, and nodded his head in thanks, before surging energy throughout the bracelet on his tail and firing a heavy wave of coal-black lightning at Aduro, this time more deadly than before.

Aten was pleased that Dulce was not angry at him, although he knew Dulce would not want to win a fight through his help, he wanted to be able to play some part, however small it may be, he grinned at Dulce as he was acknowledged, and he nodded his head gently in return.

The pit-viper demon shook his head from side to side, attempting to land a wound on the smaller serpent's body, as Dulce danced around him nipping his scaley skin. Dulce was beginning to wear his brother down with his constant attacks, and lightning fast dodges. Aduro was truely having difficulty keeping up with the younger snake, and felt himself grow weaker with blood-loss.
Finally, the younger snake backed away from Aduro briefly. At first he couldn't understand why, but then he noticed the enchantment being cast on Dulce. Aduro turned his huge head to its source hissing threateningly as he advanced with frightening speed towards Aten, snapping his toothy jaws inches from the vampire's head. Aduro had no intention of attacking the vampire, he guessed an enchantment like that couldn't be removed once cast, unless the caster took it back. But Dulce didn't know Aduro's intent towards the vampire...
Unfortunately, the larger snake didn't notice the wave of energy being fired at him by Dulce, as he was distracted by the little vampire-mage. It hit him square on the head, and consumed his lithe body in a crackling ball of black energy. The increased force of the spell sent the massive snake flying backwards through the air, his flailing tail almost crashing through one of the Inn windows. Instead he bounced off the roof of the Inn, and slid off, several roof tiles crashing to the floor as he did.
Aduro lay in a crumpled heap, completely unconscious, and unable to maintain snake-form any longer. He was completely still as he slowly melted back to his natural form. Of course, he now couldn't fight back...

Dulce saw his brother head towards the young Vampire, hissing threateningly with his long fangs bared. It didn't take long for the younger brother to send another wave of dark sparking energy straight at Aduro, knocking the larger snake back right into the wall and roof of the Inn behind them.
The golden-eyed cobra hissed heavily at his older brother, obviously issuing a warning that he was not to come near his beloved Vampire. Dulce looked back at Aten, glad to see that he was unharmed.
Now seeing that Aduro was unconscious and (kind of) human once again, Dulce quickly slithered towards the raven-haired man, he himself reverted back to his Demon form and stood naked and marred before the onlookers of the fight. Unfortunately he never could control the replacement of his clothing, but right now that didn't matter.
Dulce finally had his chance.
He leant down and grabbed his elder brother by the neck, slowly lifting him into the air and pressing him against the Inn's wall, increasingly applying pressure to Aduro's throat. As he did this, the silver bracelet began to slide its way out of Dulce's skin, and it began to glow once again, and it was clear that he was preparing another magic attack on his brother.
With full force and using almost the rest of his current power, the silver-haired Incubus sent a gigantic charge of a deep purple lightning from his hand into Aduro's body, violently shaking both bodies and throwing them apart. Dulce could no longer stand due to his lack of strength, and he collapsed in a naked, exhausted heap on the floor.
He knew now that if his attack hadn't killed his brother, he was done for.

Aduro slowly came round from his unconsciousness, his body unresponsive from the huge surge of energy it received from Dulce's final attack. For a while he just lay there in the snow, grimacing in pain every time he inadvertantly moved a muscle. His body was covered in a multitude of horrific burns from the power surge; his neck was torn and severly blackened, the burn in the shape of his brothers long fingers...
Eventually, after what must have been an hour or more, most bodily control returned to him, and he was able to stand shakily to his feet, clutching at his damaged body. It was only when he was standing, that he noticed the injured form of his brother crumpled on the ground, face down in the snow. Part of him was filled with that familiar burning hatred at the sight of his sibling. His soul screamed that it wanted the other man to be stone dead, that it hoped he would rot where he lay... This hideous desire was quashed at the sight of his brother's slow and agonised breathing...something resembling pity crossed Aduro's mind, and flashed breifly in his eyes. But then he reminded himself of the reason why he dispised the man so very much.
Instead, using his foot, he roughly turned the bloody-figure over, and with scorn in his eyes, spat on Dulce's lovely face before stumbling back into the Inn...

Dulce, now barely conscious and with breathing shallow, could sense his brother awaken and steady himself onto his feet. The younger brother's injuries burned agonisingly through his nervous system, and an ounce of what almost felt like fear struck the silver-haired man as he heard the heavy, dragged out footsteps come closer and closer...
Feeling a sharp pain in his ribs (some of which must have been broken, Dulce wondered if one had grazed or punctured a lung, causing the reduced amount of oxygen being taken in), the younger man was pushed onto his back by his brother's foot, taking the pressure off of his ribs and chest, but not making them any less painful.
Dulce tried to focus his blurred sight, though before he could do so he felt Aduro spit on him in disgust, which made the silver-haired Incubus want to wretch at the insulting, disgusting motion.
A few moments later, the elder brother was gone, and Dulce knew there was no point in trying to go after him; it was pretty much impossible for him to move, never mind attempt to get up. The golden-eyed Demon knew that he wouldn't last much longer if he really had a punctured lung, and his breaths became increasingly more ragged and desparate, now gasping for as much oxygen as he could get.
Suddenly, his ears picked up the fading sound of yells and cries from a familiar voice, and he soon remembered that the young Vampire was still there; and at that moment his mind wandered back to the spell that the raven-haired younger man had cast, before he slipped silently out of consciousness...

Rushing over to Dulce's side Aten couldn't help the tears streaming from his eyes from covering his face in seconds. Looking down at his battered, beaten and decimated body his heart, if it anyway, would have drawn to a stop. The last series of events had seemed to happen in slow motion, like a devastating natural disaster, so powerful that getting in it's wake would be suicide.
He knew that touching him would m beated ost likely cause more damage than good, but Aten couldn't help himself from bearing his face gently into Dulce's blood soaked, raw chest. What could he do? How could he help? Quickly, and without much thought atall Aten summoned all the strength in his body and swooped his hands under Dulce's large and usually far too heavy body. Lifting him to chest height, and with the mass of Dulce's body hanging far out of Aten's arm's, he slowly but surely carried him back to the bar, and possible safety.
Of course, Aten knew that Aduro had himself headed into the bar, so even with this mass of Incubus in his small, but toned muscles, Aten had to summon fourth even more power in order to almost instantaneously swoop through the bar and straight upto their room.
Although it seemed impossible, he managed it, and getting into their room, he placed Dulce on the bed, looking down at his poor lover, his tears now returning to cover his face.

A few hours had passed, and despite the Incubus' healing powers slowly kicking in, Dulce's condition only seemed to regress. It would be a good few hours, perhaps a couple of days, before the Demon would be able to move again, and even then not all of his injuries would have healed.
The silver-haired man just lay on Aten's bed, the deep crimson blood staining the silken sheets and pillows. Every so often a muscle would twitch and spasm, and after many hours the bleeding on his chest finally stopped, and it took the entirity of the day for Dulce's lung to repair itself, and the broken ribs slowly pushed back upwards, cracking and popping back into place.
And just like that, Dulce was able to breathe freely again, now in a state of sleep rather than a coma-like unconsciousness. It took a whole week for every wound to heal for the most part, and the Incubus could subconsciously feel the young Vampire's presence beside him the whole time.

Aten barely moved for that week, occasionally getting up to get clean water to wipe away the gushing blood. After a while, the blood had stopped, by which time Aten had bandaged most of the problem areas he could see, his vampiric senses helping in this process.
Most of the time he sat next to Dulce, staring at his bruised face, gripping his hand gently, hoping that he would get a reply, that wasn't a random twitch. He was happy that he now seemed able to breathe a lot better, but was still intently worried about his condition.
The 'young' vampire leant over his lover and planted a gentle kiss on his forehead, before thinking about cleaning the room that had become quite messy since their arrival.

(Ok just for all the seal rp is still happening. This is just so we can all return to normalcy.)
The large grey horse grunted as it slowly walked the last few steps to the frozen town. Only a month ago the great horse had been "forced" to take two of it's riders towards a temple in the Lizards mouth. It had done this with four of it's companions there masters heading deep under ground to quell the threat below.
It's first rider and cat eared young man clad in silver armour and a thick fur cloak, was on of those paladin. As they returned he cursed the Necromancer behind it, he cursed his ascension* and he cursed his escape. The mission had ended in failure the seal had broken the necromancer and his right hand had escaped, and his monks had sacrificed themselves to protect them.
The horse came to a stop and Kain the rider dismounted, glancing up he spoke "Feel free to go in I've got to stable Sylph" he said giving the pair time to dismount before heading around to the stable.
Kimiko sat at the bar her tail twitching every so often. She'd spent the last few days like this not really doing anything, it was beginning to show. She wasn't keen on that but there was nothing for her to do and she wasn't keen on the idea of leaving without a goal. The door opened and she glanced over her shoulder, curious about who had entered the bar. Eye's widening she gasped her eyes remaining on the older woman who had entered.
(*Only if it happens.)

Dulce had almost completely healed now, thanks to the caring Vampire who had stood by his side throughout the healing process.
Feeling his senses awaken again, the silver-haired Demon began to stir a little, and his eyes slowly opened a little as Aten had leant over and kisses his forehead. Dulce mentally noted that the Vampire's lips were softer then the finest silk, and that the younger man smelt of warm blood (he assumed it was his own) and cinnamon, which, oddly enough, made a nice combination.
The silver-haired man deeply took in the scent of his crimson-eyed companion, thankful that he could fully breathe again. His pale golden eyes slowly were able to focus on the other man, and boy was he glad to see a friendly face.
His stoic features softened just a little, and an almost appreciative smile grew on Dulce's lips.
"Hey kid," he simply said, not daring to move and risk ruining the moment.
