"Men and food...that's an attraction so great that some women can't even break it..." She looked to Phea. "Ryo is out with Dagan somewhere, bonding you know, and Quain...well that is a good question."
Eclipse let out a little growl at the intrusion into his personal space. He took a running start and leapt off the desk, little wings flapping for uplift.
Aura snatched him right out of the air by his wings and glared at him. "Don't. Chase. Cats. I'm sure Bastet or Kepi would have a fit..."

"Ryo is well....." Pheaura looked for the best term considering they were in the middle of a huge fight, "I'm courting him. I'm not supposed to becuase I'm and angel and he's mortal, but that doesn't matter. I still love him to death. Except right now I have to apologize to him. I hurt him really bad. But I never see him anymore. I pray it isn't my fault. Ryo's a sweet guy who always thinks of others first. And he's funny, and determined. He's loyal and would do just about anything for his friends. Trust me he's an all around great person to be around. I'm sure you'll like him."

Nailah nodded at Phea and reached a hand up to pet Rasui. "I'm sure that if you all seem to like him as much as you all praise him, that I'll like him too."

Pheaura smiled and turned towards the kitchen. "I'm afraid I must leave you now. My stomach is going to growl soon if I don't get any food in it. I'm going to join Fu in the kitchen." She turned towards the kitchen and walked from the women. Fu, for some reason unknown to her, intrigued her. She cut herself a piece of her cake and sat across from him. "Do you like it?" she asked, hoping to start and conversation with him.

He, for himself, was a bit busy eating to notice her coming in, at least, consciously. Subconsciously, and probably to her notice, his weight shifted to his right foot, and his left hand went down to his side. He however, just would pass a hand over the cake, reaching for a napkin, when a section of it would simplly vanish.
" The cake is delicious. This is actually the first one i've ever had. I see why so many like it."

Aura looked to Eclipse. "Now be good do you understand me? And I'll change you back..." She waited for his response them tapped him on the head. "Chigaru."
Eclipse turned back to his original three and a half foot ear to toe self, stretching out his wings to their full eight foot span before folding them back in tightly. He looked to the cat on Nailah's shoulder and snorted.

"Gald you like it. Those are quite interesting powers you have there. What do you call them? Or do they have a specific name?" It was an honest question. She would rather have people tell her of their own free will, rather than her tearing through their mind, or influencing them to. "I have telekensis and telepathy." She smiled, she wouldn't want any other power than what she had.

Nailah smiled as the familiar language settled in her mind. It had been so long since she had heard the ancient tongue. She looked at Aura once again wondering how she had come to be in the mansion when she spoke teh dialect that was used centuries ago.
"You speak the ancient tongue. How can this be?"

Aura looked to Nailah. "I should ask you the same thing...did you not believe what I told you about myself?"
Eclipse took up a slight protective position in from of Aura, not liking the tone she had spoken in too much and was wary.

"You mean about serving in the Temple of Horus? Yes, strangely I did believe you. I am just shocked because I have not heard the ancient tongue in a very long time. You understand how rare it is to find someone who actually knows it."
Rasui jumped down from Nailah's shoulder and wandered over to a chair. Curling up into a ball she laid her head down. Regarding Eclipse with one eye open she soon closed it and fell fast asleep.

Aura cleared her throat, switching over languages. "It's not all that too umcommon...after all you aren't the only other one who can speak that dead language. A woman named Bastet, also from Kemet like me speaks it as well." She placed a hand on Eclipse's head, scratching between his ears. "It's alright my friend, no need to be alarmed..."

Pheaura was left alone in the kitchen. Fu disappeared somewhere. She wasn't about to track him down. She decieded to join the women again. "I feel much better since I have filled my empty stomach."

"Khenu seems attached to her...she was the first to find him. Anyway, " She shrugged, "I guess you can count it as a comfort, no?" She sighed quickly then looked back to Nailah. "So how did you get to be here? If you can speak Kemetic then you must be from Ancient Egypt as I am, I'm intrigued to know the means of how you survived all this time."
