Mike Awesome Oh Contraire....I indeed have one yet again... 3nodding
Just started playing Jade Empire. I kind of liked the free flowing combat in Fable better; but your right they are almost the same. Amen on the talking. It actually gets damn annoying how many times someone has twenty damn questions you have to ask before you can say "Piss off so I can kick a**". I mean I want to run around and Wu Chop? the s**t out of people.
I don't know though. Once I got used to the controls and realized you have to hop around like a damn Monkey on speed or excessively block, it's gotten better. Still must have the difficulty a little tricky though or maybe it's just troublesome sometimes with so many people on screen all knowing some kick a** art. Although I did realize at third level, some of the lesser thugs do go down like a tin can vs a shotgun sitting on the fence post.
I plan on eventually renting the X-Men game...Amped I'm not sure about... I never hopped around like a monkey on speed or block and i did die alot either only once or twice

Well maybe it is the difficulty I don't know...but then it's also because I would get in odd places on screen and never change the support setting for my people. So i would get bushwacked without being able to see the guys at first, and it would weaken me enough when low on chi to have another hit kill me. If I played through again I might could minimize the dying. Still, I can't say I had it that easy. Plus at the air ship with the Horse demons, I was too lazy at first to go use the spirit deal. So I went in with a quarter bar of health and almost always died with the last demon standing.
Now, the Mother thing....that was kind of silly. Good cut scenes, but like too easy. I saw the cheat on G4, but hell the guy in the game tells you to do it...and s**t it only took 2 minutes to knock out the pillars. Weak... neutral

The new Evil Dead Game is supposed to be pretty good just a little short, the old wasn't to good and controled like the first eh..........can't think of the name....the one with the zobies and Jill and stuff.

wink I was too busy playing Blitz the League. Snapping bones and shooting my players up. Might reattach the X-Box and do that later. Might just play Madden a little on the 'cube. The Gamecube 2003 version is pretty tough sometimes on pro.
Although, I can't complain about Madden, I destroyed Paul twice last night. A combined score of 192-62. The second game the turnover ratio was 7/0 and I beat him 93 to 10. Might as well gloat about it, hell he even rarely has days that bad, it was sad.

He's beat me twice in the last two 3 game a piece outings though. sad
I'm going to buy Gun, I bought a used copy of Rainbow Six 3 and the damn thing did'nt work. mad I did get Flat Out though, and even though I have'nt played it lately it's fun. Any game where you can fly through the windshield , all car damage is shown, and you can hit other drivers that fly out on the way by is slick by me. whee
Plus the controls for the car are awesome. Super responsive. The only time it gets tricky is when you turbo boost, then it speeds up enough to make it a little hectic. Mainly because there are remorseless obstacles standing between you and glory.
Ie: When you hit a giant hole digger going almost 100mph it's a problem. sweatdrop
