Yeahm it is Canadian.... I mean, if they wanted the USA team to look like yuppy preps, some Hilfinger or American Eagle, or even A&F... buuutttt noooooo Roots xD.

I felt dissapointed by the opening ceremony. It felt too short but then again I did miss 15 minutes of it.
Go Australia!
They really mentioned the Iraq thing in the commentary over there? That's a bit dissapointing. Our commentary was a little bit more positive. All it said was that it was great to see them return to the olympics and this was the first time women had competed for Iraq.

ouch, don't think there was any comments remotely like that from the british commentator, about the only comment remotely majorly polititical in the team parade was during the Iranian team, commenting on what the Judo (was it judo?) contestant would do in the opening round considering they were up against Israel, which they don't recognise.

I also hate it when there's an event and someone already has a gold/silver metal in it and they go for the gold...
BUT THEY DON'T GET IT. And the announcers feel so bad for them.
Lkjdlkfjsdlkfj Wtf, shut up. I would be happy to even be able to go to the Olympics, how selfish are these people. Sheesh.
Well, I only have 4 gold metals in swimming events already, and I thought I was gonna die when I only came in second....
WHAT WILL I EVER DO! cry cry.

The only thing that pissed me off was the jackass commentator when the US team came in. Here the US team is getting the hell cheared out of it. And this a*****e goes off on how Greek really hates us and our forgien policy, goverment, etc... It's just like dude, you look like a ********, the crowds so loud it's drowning you out.
Still, he didn't even need to bring politics into it.

Another random thing to talk about, I guess. blaugh I think he was betting that Australia was going to do well but I don't think we are after the swimming since most of our good teams don't seems as strong as they did in Sydney. Hockeyroos lost to Germany gonk Last time I checked we were winning against the US.

Well China has the most medals, then second is a tie between the Aussies and the Yankees....
