Snuffins i was actually thinking the same thing....that or he's somehow in leagues with him It was mostly the fact that they are both built the same physically, there voice is somewhat similar, there speech pattern/ demeanor is even more similar. And that little *Oh s**t how did she find out* face he made when Korra said, "your no better than Amon"

I don't think that was a "She found out" face so much as "she just said I was evil. That makes me angry." face. He seemed more upset at the fact that, although he believes he is doing the right thing, he was being compared to what he viewed as the ultimate evil at the time. It's about like someone during WWII implementing a law that imprisons all Germans in Britain on the basis that they came from Germany where Hitler is, and therefore they must be Nazis, and then someone telling said person they were just like Hitler for doing so.
I am thinking they are two different people. Partly because that's just too obvious of a link, and partly because tarrlok seems more of a manipulative b*****d jerk-a** as compared to amon and his chess master style pragmatic villainy.
