"Huzzah!" said Bradwen and was on the food that appeared on the table before 5 seconds had passed. A good meal like this doesn't come everyday when you're lost in the woods, especially when you're lost in the woods everyday! He proceeded to scarf down everything in sight without a sign of stopping anytime soon.

"Perhaps you should go find the little rogues, they might need some help to find anything intresting, I hear a calling and must go." Azaireal points at the food, and it suddenly becomes warmer. "Warm food is always nice."
A bow, and he vanishes.

Bastet let out a breath. She did not want to stop an angel, but Aura and Eclipse were already investigating it and it is their house. She nodded to Bradwen, "Well eat up. I think I shall go to bed." She moved to her room where she set up the blue rose in a vase she had by her bed.
((Well, 5 hours of sleep is good. Night))

Darius wondered about the hall more that night, looking for anything that interested him, but he always got the feeling that there was something more. He finally wandered back to his room and became visible again, laid down on the actual bed, which he wasn't used to, and drifted to sleep.

Bradwen looked up from the food he just finished up. "Thank you very..." he looked around. "...much?" The rest of the hall had been deserted, leving only his and his deserty remains to populate the area. He shrugged and cleaned off the table, or basically just putting everything into the kitchen, having no idea what to do with what. He stretched out his arms and headed upstairs.
"Well it's good to be back," he said to himself. "And this time I'll be sure to sleep in my own bed from the first night!" He laughed to himself as he stopped in front of the door. Finding it locked, he stopped and thought to himself for a few minutes. I don't lock my door...at least I don't think I lock my door, he thought. "Oh! Aura must've locked it when I was gone so long. There should be a key right up..." He reached up to the top of his doorframe and felt his fingers grace a small, metallic object. Grabbing the key, he unlocked the room and went inside. Too tired to do much else, he collapsed on the bed and tossed the key onto the dresser.
"Well, that's enough for tonight. Maybe tomorrow I can get used to this place again." he said to himself as he passed into sleep.
((Well, not much else to do, guess I'll hit the sack as well. Hit it with a BARBWIRE BASEBALL BAT! Take THAT you evil matress of discomfort! XD ))

Mika held her breath as someone outside fiddled with the lock. The sound grew more intense, and finally, the definative click of it unlocking echoed endlessly in her ears.
Please don't open the wardrobe, please don't open the wardrobe... she prayed to herself. Then she heard the bed jump and a metallic clang across the room and opened her eyes. As she heard Bradwen's voice before he went to sleep she started to get aggrivated with both him and herself. So this is Bradwen's room then, she thought, lacking enthusiasm. That means the only things of remote value I'm gonna find in here are those secondhand swords of his.
Mika put her face into her hand and just shook her head as she leaned back and went to sleep.
((Well, being the last one here, can't really continue a storyline. Ah well, that's what I get for being CST.))

Nailah stood at her window watching the sunrise. It was a sight she didn't see very often anymore. She always slept through it. She watched the golden orb make it's climb into the blue that was known as the sky. It was one of the most wondrous and amazing things. A miracle. Each and every day. And much like the life the sun rises and sets. The orb falls and takes the light with it. And the world is left in darkness. Darkness that breeds. Evil at times. But all darkness is not evil. For in all is darkness and light. Some light smaller than others. Nailah picked up the ever-present glass of wine from the small table next to the couch. She sighed as the sun finished it's climb into the sky. Sighing she took a sip and continued in her thoughts. So many things to ponder. So many. It would never end.

Khenu wringed his hands behind his back as he stood biting his bottom lip outside of Nailah's door. He lifted a hand and knocked firmly on the door, knowing she was awake.. He could feel that she was.
Usually he wouldn't be up this early. But Darius still had him worked up. Even if she had been asleep Niah must have felt something. She was more keen in her senses than himself. "Niah?!"

Nailah knew something had happened. Something....was different. She wasn't entirely sure but something had happened while she was in slumber. She tilted her head and turned from the window, the sun no longer holding her interest. Smiling she sensed Khenu. He was close. Very close. Her smile faded. Khenu was...worried. Perhaps it had something to do with what had her so uneasy. There was only one way to find out. She set aside her wine and quickly walked to the door. Smoothing her dress, she pulled the door open and smiled, "Good morning Khenu. To what do I owe this pleasure?"

Khenu smiled up at her with that lop sided grin of his hair still messy from the day before seeing as he still hadn't brushed it. "Morning Niah. I'm not bothering you am I? I mean if you want to go back to sleep I understad.
He toed the floor with his boot and shoved hsi hands into the pockets of his jeans.

Nailah's heart melted. She oculdnt' help it. He was so cute. She shook her head. "Khenu, you can never bother me. I am here for you anytime. Day or night. Come on in." She grabbed his hand and pulled him into the room. Dropping his hand in the middle of the room, she surveyed him. His hair was flyaway and his clothes were wrinkled. Oh my, Khenu. She shook her head and put her hands on her hips. Raising an eyebrow she said, "Didn't anyone teach you to brush your hair, little one?"

Khenu actually tried to look up at his hair. "Um, yes?" He threw both of his hands into his hair, raking his fingers through it and undoing the tangles present making it look somewhat like it usually did. "Better?"

Nailah suppressed a laugh. She walked over to her dressing table and picked up one of the ivory backed brushes she had collected over her lifetime. She picked Khenu up and sat down on the bed holding him in her lap. She began to drag the brush through his hair, trying her hardest to get out the tangles. She began to talk to him. She sensed that he was worried about something. Softly she said, "What's wrong little one?"

Khenu didn't hear her fully. His eyes took on a darkened look for a few seconds and they dropped to gaze at the carpet. His mom used to brush his hair like this. When she used to still love him anyway.
He forced a cough to keep tears at bay and shook his head. Then he concentrated a second on what she had said and found the words to respond accordingly. "There's just someone that's been letting out odd feelings lately. They bother me a little. I was just wondering if you sensed it as well?"

Nailah's hand tightened on the brush handle. She felt the sadness engulf the little boy in her arms. It was like a fist squeezing her heart. She felt him battle it and he finally triumphed. Inwardly she applauded. Point for you, Khenu. You will beat this. She began to pull the brush through his hair again. "Ah the new....one? Yes I sense it as well. I simply...don't know. It throws me off balance. I felt it even in my sleep. Have you seen this new character, little one?"
