I blink and look at the ceiling depressedly, sighing as I realize that, once again, only Jab and I are here again. ((No! Not you too, Vazh-san!))

"Ello Vazh-san, Jab-kun. I'm okay, I guess..." I trail off, sticking a paw in the air as a hello.

(("~ san (~さん)" is a title of respect added to a name. It can be used with both male and female names, and with either surnames or given names. It can also be attached to the name of occupations and titles. surname: Yamada-san = Mr. Yamada given name: Yoko-san = Miss. Yoko occupation: honya-san = bookseller sakanaya-san = fishmonger title: shichou-san = mayor oisha-san = doctor bengoshi-san = lawyer "~ kun (~君)" is used to address men who are younger or the same age as the speaker. A male might address female inferiors by "~ kun," usually in schools or companies. It can be attached to both surnames and given names. It is less polite than "~ san." It isn't used between women or when addressing one's superiors. "~ chan (~ちゃん)" is often attached to children's names when calling them by their given names. It can also be attached to kinship terms in a childish language. found at http://japanese.about.com/blqow38.htm I use -kun a little bit incorrectly, but no one really minds. =3))

"Hello Kyomi-chan," I say, waving unenergetically from the couch.
((Kai-kun has misinformed you all that I am 12. I am 11 1/2! Sheesh!))
