"Then that leads me back to saying that I don't think you'd be getting married anytime soon." Fae came around to her conclusion, still smiling that same triumphant smile. She wiped a long, strand of silver hair away from her thickly-lined eyes. "I win that round, Ruarc Flynn."

Ruarc rolled his eyes. "Whatever." He had many more arguments, but decided to leave the argument at that. "Now, let's get back to my original question. What are you doing at my house?"

"I'm breathing air, and standing, and talking to Mr. Ruarc Flynn on his estate's lawn." The girl empathisized(sp?) the 'Mr.' when she said the boy's name, but that too, was done in a mocking way. She continued on before Ruarc could stop her, so she could get to the information she thought he might actually want to hear. "I'm also not being at my great-grandmother's house, just in case you wanted to know."

"If I don't have to deal with her, then I'm fine." Fae wrapped her free arm around her body as she spoke. "But if the misfortune does occure(sp?) that we're in the same room, then I'll give the woman trouble if she persists on giving me trouble. There's no way I'm going to dress like you."

"Really, though, if you insist on dressing like you live in the mountains, why don't you move up to somewhere like Atlilia or even Terrevaia? Nothing's keeping you here, except that old woman, and we all know she can't stop you doing anything."

"Why not? Even if you don't like to travel, I'm sure that your desire to get away from people like myself is much greater than your dislike of travelling." Though they were still arguing to an extent, it was much more relaxed than before.

"I'd rather scorch." The woman swatted her hand in Ruarc's direction, dismissing the topic. She wasn't backing away from the arguement... she just didn't want to deal with it anymore.

The woman paused, thinking over what Ruarc had mentioned about the guests to the beach. Some consideration had obviously been done, for the girl spoke up again. "Define interesting."
