Rayne nods, beginning to turn towards the door, but pauses as she hears how long she'd stay here. Rayne looks over her shoulder, clearly surprised as she looks at him. "Seriously? Only a year?" She asks in disbelief. She'd been thinkin they kept people around for more like ten or twenty years.... they always did in the movies and whatnot. Well, showed how wrong those were..... if Zhukov was telling the truth.

Now that Rayne was gone, Sarah spoke up again. "So, how about that injection?"

"Yes, only one year" Zhukov said, idly injecting Sarah "And I also inject against a persons will if there is a pressing need. Such as keeping them from going insane" he added

Rayne raises a furry eyebrow at that. "Right..... I still disagree on that point. I'm perfectly fine." She replies, turning around and leaving the room. Shaking her head, Rayne lets out a sigh, then walks down the hall to the fitness room.

Sarah immediately began becoming more human. As soon as she realized this would be either human, or very close to it, she bolted. Running for her room full speed, she intended to barricade her door. She was fully human again halfway to her room. Entering her room, she closed the door. The only things in there were the dresser and the bed, so she moved the dresser over in front of the door. If that scientist had been paying attention to her, she'd have probably gotten a second shot, but she didn't. Human human human!

((Holy crap, that was a loucky roll. XD Good job Kate)) As she enters the room, she hears somebody go running past. Rayne frowns, glancing back, but whoever it was was already gone. Odd.... Rayne looks out the door another moment, then turns back around again and walks over to a treadmill in the room. Yes, running time! Smiling slightly, she does some stretches, then steps onto the machine and starts it up, then starts running.

Zhukov rolled his eyes at Sarahs reaction "I wouldn't have injected her again" he muttered to himself "It's Dr. Wolf who can't stand seeing subjects get turned back into humans" he added, walking out of the kitchen

Mystery waited...and waited...nothing...it was a dud apparently. Well not that it was a GOOD thing...he didn't want to eat dead things like anacondas did...
Wolf took a seat back in his room and got a call the moment he sat down. "Curse the karma of timing." he grumbled and picked up the phone. "Yeah what is it I'm busy? Huh...a subject got back to being a human...well it was bound to happen....nothing happened to Mystery from the shot either huh...isn't this my lucky day." he grumbled. "I wish I could just fill the whole lab with transforming gas and call it a day." he sat back down. "I guess they expect me to solve all of their problems...hmph...no wonder the other labs failed when I left- they all depended on me."

Dr. Zhukov sighed, noticing Mystery "I'll give you an injection, if you want one" he said, kneeling down next to him

Mystery thought about it for a moment...but then nodded...he was starting to get really hungry anyways.

Mystery shrunk down...quite a lot actually. He was half the size of a normal human with a tail sticking out half of his height. He also had some gray fur around him with a pinkish nose. "Gah...now I am the food I should have eaten...alright I'll just sleep like this I guess..." he said quietly.

Kana walked into the lab, her eyes looking around curiously. What an odd place, She mused, going into one of the rooms and sitting on the bed. She did not know what to expect, but she was ready for anything.
A few moments later, Ayame came in, whistling happily to herself. Seeing Zhukov, she frowned. "Aww...you've been having fun without me," She pouted, walking over to him. "You haven't left a fresh experiment for me to play with. How rude of you."
