Long sighed, the first move with both weapons were ok, but now Long had seen that Shun had tossed his weapon at him. But this was seen through as he knew it was a distraction.
Ddg: +19= 24, 28
Long had slapped the weapon away to the wall with the stick as he then fadded back some with space between him and Shun's charge. As Shun charged in Long held his weapon in both hands like he was again swinging like a baseball player as he extended. This was an attempt to clothsline Shun with the polearm.
"...You shouldn't throw away a weapon like that...Desperation has no place in a fight...But deception makes up for it..."Long spoke as he swung the stick at a high speed in the general direction of Shun.

Dodge: 20 + 17 = 37
"Who ever said I was desperate?"
Shunketsu knew perfectly what he was doing. Judging that he had relatively low chance to land two hits on Long at the moment, he decided to concentrate all his energy into one thrust instead of two. Even though his bokken was shorter than normal, it was still long enough to be used as a two handed weapon. Doing the limbo to evade the clothesline attempt, a quick roll brought Shunketsu in range to thrust his weapon at Long. Both hands were used in this one attack, so there was more power behind it.
((Style-Change xD ...ahh versatility...and I kinda got bored of swinging both of em at the moment. I'll stick with this until I can think of some more ways to attack with two...and I'm just hoping to end this with a hit at max dmg >_<))

Long had anticipated a number of conclusions that would happen as opposed to what would happen after he knocked the second hand weapon away. Long had seen that the two-handed had come up with a strong leading attack. Clever, yet predictable at the moment.
Ddg: +19= 37

"Your abilities with dual weilding are very impressive..." Long smirked lightly, "But not to insult you, I think in a real fight with real weapons, no shinigami would ever think of throwing their zanpaktou like that...".
Long easily counteracted the direct attempt to strike with a two-handed blow using what was supposed to be one-handed weapon with just double the attack. Long then himself stuck out his polearm with two hands forward like a naginata as he then side-stepped to dodge the attack while bringing his weapon in an upward swing with much force acting behind it to strike Shun.

Dodge: 17 + 17 = 34
Shunketsu sidestepped the upward slash and and performed and dashing upward diagonal slash of his own. It looked something similar to those one hit KO slashes samurai would use. This only had the power of a one-handed strike, but he was experimenting to see which would be the best way to deal with Long's style.

"Make lemonade..." Long spoke finishing the sentence.
Ddg: +19= 39
Long had ducked with a slight 180 turn while holding his weapon in both hands. Long had then advanced with several steps to jab the weapon forward as he turned to the side of Shun. Long extended his weapon out as he aimed for the spit underneath the armpit and between the ribs.

Dodge: 12 + 17 = 29
Shunketsu stepped forward and allowed the rod to pass by. A short spin and Shunketsu's bokken was on its way to the side of Long's head...

Long had seen at this point, was to move forward or duck out of the way.
Ddg: +19= 38
Long at this point moved forward with a somersault to have Shun's bokken be blocked and parried at the same time. Long then, after regaining his stance from the flip spun around, attempting to bring the weapon to slam into the side of Shun's left knee.

Hikari's been quiet long enough. "Hentai-san! Kobuki-san! Fight!" She giggles. It's just too fun to watch. She does note Poku-chan's left. Oh well. She's just got this weird expression on her face as she watches the battle drag on. Neither one is as strong as Ai-chan, but they're both more along her level. She ponders that though; though, her smiling face and clapping hands wouldn't show it. "Would sparring more at my level help me grow more?" She nearly just 'nah's that as she just thinks about sparring those two who left earlier. Okay. Evil smile!

Hikari's call almost distracted Shunketsu enough to cause him to get hit, but he jumped up and over the rod, and with a spin of his body, thrust his bokken at Long's side, somewhere just under the ribs.

Long was taken aback as he tried to figure out who this Kobuki-san was.
Ddg: +19= 36
Long turned his body dodging the attack while looking over at the girl who was called Hikari from earlier at the sidelines, "Who is Kobuki san?" Long asked completely doumbfounded and confused while still being able to attain focus on his spar. As he spun to attack shun with the wooden rod being brought forth to attack from the left aimed at Shun's arm.

Hikari giggles. "The one with the big weapon, silly!" Well. 'kobuki' actually meant something along the lines of 'big' or 'long sword'.

Shunketsu plopped to the ground in a plank position to evade the attack. He then hopped back on his feet and thrust his bokken with both hands at Long's abdomen.

Long gave a slight frown at the explanation of his 'nickname', "I guess it does seem a little better than being called a pervert..." Long said as he was now being targeted in the abdomen by Shun's bokken. Long, "I hope that isn't my nickname for long...".

Long lightly stepped to the side once again to the side, he was now out of focus as he was almost knicked by Shun's bokken. Long spun around Shun and brought his weapon in with one hand to land a simple smack to aimed at Shun's shoulder from behind as Long faced the opposite direction of Shun with his weapon swinging around to aim at his shoulders.

A quick limbo and a parry allowed Shunketsu to go after Long with a two-handed downward slash.
