Tifa smiled and giggled as she watched Reno practically fall to the floor. She was starting to wonder where Squall took off to. Tifa turned back to Reno, "Hey have you seen Cloud anywhere?? I haven't heared from him in a while. Typical Cloud. Ah well anyway, what about Squall? He took off and I haven't seen him since. I just can't seem to win with guys," Tifa frowned and went back behind the bar. Her eyes welled up with tears, and she ran for the back room.

Reno stood up and watched Tifa run to the back room and watched the door, Come to think of it, I haven't seen anybody around, Lulu, Wakka, Rikku, Cloud, Squall, and Seifer all disappeared... He scratched his head as he took a seat near the door and sighed, Rikku...

"It has been a bit of a ghost town in here. I mean I get my customers, that never stops, but all our friends seem to be missing... I hope everyone is ok." Tifa sighed. "I'm so bored." She picked up an orange and threw it at Reno.

Reno twirled his EMR flipped it on and hit the orange causing it to turn to a semi-juice form and splash on the floor. He chuckled a little seeing it do so.Got a rag? I'll clean it, it's my mess... He looked up at Tifa, his eyes reflecting the light softly and sighed, She complains about never having a guy, but she doesn't even noticed me... He thought to himself Tch...

"No its ok Reno I got it. I was just messin around," Tifa replied. She grabbed a rag from behind the bar and went over to clean up the orange splatter. She thought aloud while asking Reno at the same time, "What do you think about having themed party nights at the bar? With extended hours? Is that silly? Or do you think we'd get a lot of creeps?" Tifa leaned over close to Reno to pick up the peels as she talked, "I dunno I'm just looking for some new ideas. Its either that or redecorate," Tifa stood up and looked at Reno, "What do you think??" She smiled and flipped her hair waiting for some response.

Reno gasped when she asked his advice and stared for a moment with an open jaw, before replying Nah, I like the idea actually. Sure we'd get creeps, but you'd still have your bou--ncer, I forgot, everyone else disappeared. I can take 'em though, I just wouldn't drink so much and that way I'd have a fairly sober adva--... He began to stutter as he looked into her eyes and snapped out of it, partially hoping that she was catching on, but at the same time hoping she wasn't Advantage over the drunks should a fight break loose...

Lulu burst into the bar wildly,"I'M BORED!!! Where is everyone? Its a ghost town in here??" Lulu looked around and noticed the awkward tension between Reno and Tifa. "Am I interrupting something?" she questioned. sweatdrop

Hahaha, us? I mean uh.. Me and Tifa heh heh wow...umm No. Had this been an anime he surely would have had a sweat drop coming from his head. Nah, we were just discussing ideas to get more customers in here is all...Mostly... Right Tifa?

Tifa blushed and quickly put on a serious face, "Don't be ridiculous Lulu. It isn't nice to make assumptions like that! We were discussing ways to promote the bar. Do YOU have any ideas?" she asked. She smiled at Reno and waited for an answer from Lulu and Reno.

I don't have much of an idea...as far as promoting the bar goes. "Just kiss her stupid...it's not that big of a deal, is it?" He smiled as his cheeks became as red as a cherry.

Tifa smiled over at Reno, "Well I think we'll be ok.. The busy season is just around the corner. Soldiers are coming home from the fields as well as the farmers. And students are coming home from school! So I'm sure things will pick up in here. And there is nothing wrong with shameless promoting and advertising. We should make a commercial! What an awesome idea! It'll be shown all over gaia! And people from around the world will come to see my bar! OH Reno! What do you think?! I hope Cloud stops being so isolated and comes back around... I miss my friends. OH listen to me rambling on. I'm getting so excited though! We've got work to do!" Tifa began to run around the bar cleaning and trying to spruce the place up just anticipating the rush of crowds to come in and swamp her.

Reno sighed and meandered over to the bar and cleared his throat not wanting to take too much of Tifa's time, Rambling is OK Tifa, there's nothing wrong with it but, could I have just a brief moment of your time, on either your side of the counter, or mine, it doesn't matter. He smiled a little, he was gonna get it out of the way, he had to find out what would happen, and he was determined to do just that. If he got slapped, or decked, so be it, but on the other hand it could be quite the positive experience.

Tifa looked at Reno puzzled, "Is everything OK Reno? You look a bit flushed.. Are you getting sick or something??" Tifa leaned over and touched Reno's forehead. "You don't feel feverish... "

He took a deep breath, forcing a nervous smile, "Not sick really, Tifa." He swallowed hard and leaned over and kissed her softly as he closed his eyes, his hand seemed almost magnetized to her cheek. He stroked it softly and smiled a little into the kiss, secretly waiting to be hit, but hoped her hand didn't come across his face, he knew how much it hurt. [Edit: Ha, I was just thinking can you imagine how much ruckus a fan fic of Tifa and Reno in a relationship would stir up? xd blaugh ]

Tifa blushed and enjoyed the kiss. It has been a few months since she was kissed last. She suddenly felt her stomach drop as she thought of Cloud. Tifa pushed Reno back gently, "Please, Reno don't.. I don't want to hurt you.. I'm such an idiot.. I'm sorry." Tifa looked down and the floor as she started to cry. She didn't know what to say to him. She kept thinking to herself 'Damn you Cloud!! I hate you for not being here... And I can't help but love you.' (yeah it would definitely send some people in an uproar!)
