Seraphina watched Teil work in silence. She watched as he found a place for all the files he had been through so far, her eyes roving over the pile that remained.

Teil fills up the file cabinet. " wow ... i didnt think ihave gone over this many yet... i better get more cabinets ... " he sighs and looks over the rest of the papers. " i'll probably need a room ... i dont think the one we have is in the best of shape ... "

Seraphina smiled briefly, nodding in acknowledgement to his words. "Perhaps we should have a public room" she replied, "somewhere were everyone can read that recrods". She wasn't sure whether he would go for it, but perhaps it would help to allow the other celestials to know what was going on.

thinking for amoment at what she said. he smiled and looked at her " ya know ... thats a pretty good idea. " still smiling. " we will be able to keep all the completed information in like an archive so that everyone will be able to know how much that the cousil is doing for them as well as what we are currently trying to do. "

Seraphina nodded. "It would also allow them to trust us more" she continued, "knowing that we aren't keeping anything from them". She knew that trust would be a major issue considering how they had overthrown the old council.

" i agree completly... trust will be a big issue if we wish to have them support us and any changes we may deside on. " he smiles taking out a peice of paper and starts to sketch on it.

Seraphina remained silent, her eyes flicking to the paper on which Teil was sketching. Although she didn't ask, she was curious as to what he was sketching.

because of his time with the humans, Teil has taken the time to acctually go to thier schools and study several differnt forms of training. such as architecture (( Sp? )), carpentry, many types of computer training and other such courses. he was well knowledged in the way the human world worked. so he was quickly and easily drawing up a plan for the room in which they so briefly talked about.

Discerning that the sketch was of a room, she settled back into her chair, a tired sigh passing her lips. Her eyes moved to rest upon her staff once more, her thoughts drifting to happier times.

finishing the sketch he smiles and slides it over to her, pulling out another sheet he starts to sketch something else. looking up at her from time to time he quickly explains the room design. " we'll have to have many display and file cabinets ... however the basic design there should work. " not letting her see what he is sketching this time he simply keeps on drawing.

Seraphina held the paper gently in her grip, her eyes following the constructs that Teil had drawn. She nodded as she went. "The design looks fine" she replied, her eyes still focused upon the paper, "and should be enough to hold all it will need"

still smiling. " glad you think so ... it shouldnt take long to build. i'll just have to arrange for the builders to do thier job." he chuckles a bit all the while still drawing on the peice of paper. he then takes a small flat pouch like item with several pencils, pens, and markers in it. he takes a thin black marker and starts to add it to the drawing. when hes done he slides it over to you. " ... its a gift ... " on the drawing is a picture of Seraphina holding her staff with an acctual smile. it looks quite a lot like her as well.

Seraphina brightened slightly as he gave her the drawing. "Thankyou Teil" she replied, a tiny smile pulling at the corner of her lips as she continued to gaze upon the drawing. Her hand tightened around her staff, unconciously as her eyes traced the line of the drawing.

smiling he shruged " it was a spur of the moment thing ^^ but your welcome. " laughing a bit he looks back at the files. picking up another box. from what he already went through they have neglected much finances as well as missions to protect the humans from other things. yet it doesnt state why the celestials were not deployed.

Seraphina left the drawing upon the table before her, watching Teil as he moved. She felt guilty for not helping him with the files, but they both knew that it was hardly her strong point. "Found any missions that need urgent attention?" she asked, eager for something that we get her out of the palace.
