neko wyndy wytch I hope it doesn't feel like I am pressuring you to answer....I just want you to know you have options. Sometimes you gotta pressure me to get me to do anything, lol. neko wyndy wytch Maybe some of the spells but I dunno. At this point, would you rather get your spells from a book, or make your own? neko wyndy wytch I haven't been able to do any of the reading for my witchcraft class yet because I've been doing a lot of school work. Oh. Well boo on schoolwork. neko wyndy wytch Yeah I didn't understand that but hey you never know. It's the not understanding that gets me interested, lol. It makes me want to figure out what it means.. neko wyndy wytch I'm going to have overdue fees for my books.... Can't you go renew your books? neko wyndy wytch not really, but than again thats because I also have a habit of being random. To many readings of Happy Noodle boy.... I'm very random. biggrin But I've never heard of that. neko wyndy wytch Thats why I'm taking them from the library before I buy them out of pocket. Curses needing a proper license..

Quote: Has it ever occured at an inopertune moment? yes, I believe I told the story of being pulled into astral while driving.... Quote: Really? Can you think of an example? in the other realm I walked into a horror version of my hotel to get to my apt, though the mgr at the time was under me there. I walked into the apartment to a daemon-esk rave lol. Anyways... within a month I got the promotion where I moved into that apartment. Although many things were different, due to the different planes/lives/etc, I still ended up living in the apt I lived in within the other plane. Quote: Did you ever wish you didn't have these "gifts" or talents? Those ones? no... the ability to do trance-work naturally is actually an asset in practice. I meant the thing it reminded me of, which does not come from any witchcraft tradition. It just reminded me of something I'd read about European mysticism of the middle ages. I think there's one other thing that you need in your life. razz Ah ok. I was confused. I thought you were saying that was old. And I was like... Wahhh? xD

Wahhh? xD In answer to your first point I will merely say that "to be silent" has more than one meaning. ninja And I would be very surprised if Charity's pyramid was not influenced by the medieval mysticism I referenced. In fact, most of the things I've read about modern witchcraft have had much more influence from Christian mystic traditions than pagan ones.

Probably because we come from a western Christianized point of view [Oh, oh ya'll want to argue this with me? What is the majority of the western world? What were most modern leaders' religions? What was social context and behaviors based upon? Don't make me eat you. D:<] . It's until we [modern witches] expand on other mysticism [for example, Islamic Mystism aka Sufism I believe] or philosophy that we break out of that cycle of thinking.

To the one that I serve kage no neko Sometimes you gotta pressure me to get me to do anything, lol. XD kage no neko At this point, would you rather get your spells from a book, or make your own? A bit of both to be honest. I am not that comfortable in my abilities to craft a spell. So I like to use other spells. I have written my own spells that have worked, but I see no reason not to use a spell some one else wrote if you think you could work it. kage no neko Oh. Well boo on schoolwork. I'm finding the time though. I do need to do a ritual though. I'm gonna see about doing that tonight. kage no neko It's the not understanding that gets me interested, lol. It makes me want to figure out what it means.. True. I want to understand everything I can. kage no neko Can't you go renew your books? already did once. So i returned the two I hadn't started yet and kept the one I am still working through. I may end up doing some homework over the weekend any way... kage no neko I'm very random. biggrin But I've never heard of that. It's this very silly comic that is written by Jhonen Vasquez about this stick figure who just speaks random blurbs and has s**t happen to him..I'll see if I can find one of his comics... kage no neko Curses needing a proper license.. I dont have a license either I will give my all

To the one that I serve Kashaku-Tatsu yes, I believe I told the story of being pulled into astral while driving.... That just sounds like a bad idea..... Kashaku-Tatsu in the other realm I walked into a horror version of my hotel to get to my apt, though the mgr at the time was under me there. I walked into the apartment to a daemon-esk rave lol. Anyways... within a month I got the promotion where I moved into that apartment. Although many things were different, due to the different planes/lives/etc, I still ended up living in the apt I lived in within the other plane. Interesting. I've never had something like that hapen to me. Kashaku-Tatsu Those ones? no... the ability to do trance-work naturally is actually an asset in practice. Now being able to see spirits and astral beings in this plane has been a pain cause ya it's like "go the hell away already!" lol XD. I've seen spirits only a handful of times when I'm not in a meditative trance. Though I just did a prayer last night that may be changing that for me in a bit. I will give my all

To the one that I serve Pagany wekly 11-03-09 1: What afterlife do you believe in or if you don't believe in one what do you think happens after death? I believe that there are many afterlifes. Or rather I think of it like this. I believe that the ancestral lands is made up of many realms each rules over by a different deity from a different religion. That is where the shade goes after death. Which realm you go to depends on the religion you practice. The susoul and the mind enter the summerland. The summerland is a land of rest and relaxation where one reflects on the lessons learned in each life before starting on a new life. Pagany wekly 11-03-09 2: Is there more than one afterlife? Yes. I will give my all

1: What afterlife do you believe in or if you don't believe in one what do you think happens after death?
I believe that when the body does. The Soul "consumes" the personality that was developed by the experiences of that body. Then collectively, all the personalities that were in the "lives" of the soul decide on what's next.
2: Is there more than one afterlife?
Actually before I say no. What do you mean?

Also, if the realm you go to depends on your religion, what about atheists? How many different types of afterlifes are there?

1: What afterlife do you believe in or if you don't believe in one what do you think happens after death? My belief is that the soul goes to a plane of rest; it takes a break there, visits with other souls that are in between lives. Then we reincarnated until our souls have learned and experienced everything that Earth has to offer. Once we complete that task the soul hangs out in the haven land, waiting for the rest of the souls to finish up, sometimes acting as guides to those still experiencing. Then when everyone has learned and experienced everything they can here, the group of souls moves on to another location (be it planet, universe, dimension or something beyond our current capabilities of imagining) there we start anew, we seek to learn and experience all the new locale has to offer, taking breaks in between in a restful, rejuvenating land. So basically I see us as having many after lives, not one single final place. I believe we are on a continual journey for experience and knowledge that extends beyond our mortal life. 2: Is there more than one afterlife? Yes, in that we each time we live and die we come back to the resting plane for a time before reincarnating and starting a new round of study.

kage no neko How long would the susoul and mind stay in summerland? I don't know. I'd have to say it depends on the person and the lessons they learned. kage no neko Also, if the realm you go to depends on your religion, what about atheists? I'd say they have a choice. I'd also say that if they don't believe in anything afterlife than that is what they experience. kage no neko How many different types of afterlifes are there? To the one that I serve I've encountered several, heven, hell, helheim, and other worlds. I will give my all

1: What afterlife do you believe in or if you don't believe in one what do you think happens after death?
I believe the energy from our body gets released into the void to join with the other energy of pure kaos to await usage to create something else. Our souls goes to one of the astral planes (most likely the plane of our soul's birth).
2: Is there more than one afterlife?
If there is more than one life then yes there is more than one cycle into the afterlife.
EDIT: Looking back on my post, I guess the going back to your home plane would be like many afterlives as well.

Maio-gi I don't know. I'd have to say it depends on the person and the lessons they learned. Quote: I can imagine some may have more to think over than others, so that makes sense. Maio-gi I'd say they have a choice. I'd also say that if they don't believe in anything afterlife than that is what they experience. So if they experience nothing, then do they just go straight to a next life.. or... Maio-gi I've encountered several, heven, hell, helheim, and other worlds. Do they have anything in common, or are they all completely different?

Then collectively, all the personalities that were in the "lives" of the soul decide on what's next. So the personality is consuemed by the soul and made into a different entity, ie the soul actually changes as a result of the consumption of the personality? DragonicFlames Actually before I say no.
