Scratch that. The Minotaur has been taken for Guard.
Anyhow, lets get back on topic at least a little.
To drag this over from the Shooty Commanders thread, I'm very much liking the Master of Forge as a dedicated HQ now. If I can, I'm gonna arm one with two power fists so that he gets his baseline attacks +1, +2 more on his servo harness.

Nice change over.b biggrin
So he's going to work as a techmarine with a good gun? Or does he also have better stats, too? I'll prolly just stick him with a power weapon, maybe a thunder hammer.

He'll have much better stats, hopefully. I can't pull up that link that Drachyench put up, but he'll likely be a beast. That and he can take all kinds of Servitors.
The Conversion Beamer will be a weapon included in kit, most likely on a pewter model or, hopefully, as a part in the full plastic kit. That way I can take that weapon off of him and convert it out for my Ad.Mechs.

Dude Pure plastic would be kick a**. I still have a bunch of stuff left over from my DA Veterans and Ravenwing sets I could use on him. That's prolly what they'll do, they did that with the Land Speeder, sticking the main 3 types in one box.

I'd say its more likely that we'll see a plastic kit, mostly because of the increase in cost of pewter. However, the cost of making the molds for plastics is higher than the cost of making the pewter mold. All comes down to which would be more profitable in the end.

I'd say plastic. I'm pretty sure that most people prefer plastic since it doesn't break apart as easily and it's easier to convert with.

That way I can take that weapon off of him and convert it out for my Ad.Mechs.The Tech Characters are no better off. The HQ is basically the same Tech Priest as before, and the new Tech Priest is a Space Marine with a Servo Arm. That's about it. No second attack, leadership bonus, special gear, nothing. Oh, but you can take a 5th Servitor. So you can have a max of 33 Heavy Bolters with HS and Elite choices alone, provided you take transports too.

I found out the hard way that its ridiculously hard to kill a Terminator Librarian with Veil of Time.
To verify and get information on it, does Veil of Time allow to re-roll failed saves?

Yes. It lets you reroll everything that doesn't pertain to penetrating armour, attacking tanks.

Alrighty.
DarkElf, if you're reading this, I'm sorry. I do trust you on the rule, I just wanted to make sure in the same way that you wanted to check on me with the Bloodfeeder.

If you had opened your eyes, you'd have seen that somebody correctly answered the question just a moment earlier.
