You can't cook your own food without using a machine, you can't keep yourself dry or warm without wearing clothing or building a shelter, you can't get anywhere without using a vehicle, you can't fly without using a plane... Must I go on? The species is damned.

A DRK portal opened, and a lone figure stepped out of it. It turned out to be Evijan, who saw her father and Goosie in the hall. She arched an eyebrow when she saw what Koth was doing.
'If you're hungry, I don't think a floor tile's gonna help much,' she quipped.

 'But...' Goosie frowned, slumping against the bench a bit and rubbing at her slightly singed arms. Hadn't he been one once? She didn't have time to finish the thought, standing upright almost immediately and bristling at the sight of Evijan.

Goosie glared at Evijan. She couldn't help wondering where Zack was. Not having much time to think, though, she was pulled back into reality by Koth's reaction and winced noticeably, watching him with wide eyes.

'Yeah. He can flying out of nowhere in a fit of rage, and Goosie arsed off, so he trapped me in the ******** cafeteria. He was going on about needing balance, 'cause there's too much DRK, and now I have GRYNRGY. p***k.'

Goosie gave a surprised yelp, stumbling and slumping back down onto the bench in response to Koth's violent outburst. Her hand touched the forgotten GRYNRGY report and she noticed it once more, picking it up in her momentary distraction and otherwise going quiet. Turning her gaze back toward the others, she was still fuming but a little too apprehensive about Koth's mood to continue bickering with his daughter.
