Again it had a foul taste to it and she choked up on that too, but swallowed it nonetheless. When Kyo finished pouring it down her throat she was breathing slowly, and slightly irregular, almost asthmatic. She rested her head on his shoulder tiredly, trying to calm herself down.

Kyo held her to him, and breathed gently, his chest going up and down, and he whispered sweet nothing in her ear to try to sooth her,"Its ok Rin...im with you...I love you..."he was almost panicking, but it didnt show in his voice. He began to scratch her ears.

She closed her eyes, silent tears falling as she breathed in softly, yet unusually slower. Her head rested on his shoulder, her breathing dancing on his neck, and her tears dripping onto him.

Kyo held Rin closer and kissed away her tears, the salty taste filling his mouth,"Its ok honey...its alright." he could feel her breathing slow down, but unusually slower,"Breath with me..."Kyo took her hand and gave it s gentle squeeze,"squeeze my hand when it hurts..."

Absent mindedly she was rocking herself back and forth in Kyo's arms, her breathing still asthmatic and wheezing. Although she could not respond to him, she heard him and it did hurt her. Squeezing his hand tightly, she kept her grip on his hand for most of the time.

Kyo smiled through the pain he felt in his hand. He continuesd to whisper into her ear soothingly, and scractch her ears,"Its alright, just calm down, its alright..." he kissed her softly, and puller her into his lap wher he cradled her and rocked her back and forth."Rin are you hot? just shake or not your head.

She nodded her head weakly, lying in his arms as he rocked her. Her breathing patterned continued to be asthmatic, her chest heaving as her grip tightened on his hand. She gave a small cry as more tears started to spill down her face as she started crying.

Kyo held her hand and pulled the blankets off of her, and grabbed some ice from a icebox beside the bed, and held some on Rins back, and forehead, hoping to cool her off.'IS that any better?" he asked, his worry showing in his voice.

She tried to nod her head, but she couldnt. The muscles of her body became sore and cramped, her throat dry, her breathing the same as before. She wanted water, but she had no idea how to tell him. The fact that she couldnt do anything made her scared.

Kyo could see she was thirsty by the look on her face. HE reached over and grabbed a pitcher of iced water and slowly began to pour it down her throat. While he did so he applied cool, moistened rags to herforehead and legs,"Is that any better? Just shake or nod..."

She drank down the water quickly and she needed more because her breathing seemed to calm down when she go the water. As Kyo tried cooling her down, she strained to nod her head as she just laid there, completely helpless and wanting the epidemic to be over.

Kyo rushed ot the tap and filled the water pitcher, before dashing over to Rin and he slowly helped her to swallow more,"Its alright Rin your gonna be fine..."he took her hand again, and kept pouring the water slwoly so she didnt choke on it.

When she finished mostly all the water, her breathing slowed once again, but was no longer asthmatic. She closed her eyes, few single remaining tears falling down her face. Her head remained against his shoulder as she seemed to be falling asleep.
