Miete hugged him back, not wanting to tell him the message. She wasn't sure if he'd believe her. She still knew he was in love with the woman who had died. It was so unfair, there was no way to compete with somebody who was dead.

He sighed. "This is... Somewhat embarassing. Nothing to be embarassed about, but... Ok." He paused, trying to figure out where to start. "Demons have a set time of year for mating season. But Vampires do not. Their mating season could be at any time of year, and last for either a few hours to a few years... These seasons usually become stable around when whatever mate they chose, the vampire's season lasting just a little longer than their mate's, and starting a little earlier." He hesitated another moment. "To enter the season, certian conditions must be met. What those conditions are, we're honestly not sure... The vampire must have lost his children teeth and found a sutitible mate, but even with those there are some unknown factors... To summerise..." He blushed a deep red. "I'm... In it because I want... To be mates with you..."

Miete blushed, "Oh I see. Well, um that is, I want the same thing." She faltered and blushed deeper. "This isn't exactly how I pictured this conversation though." She sighed, still red.
