Haruko watched the match intently, hoping to pick something up, when all of a sudden she heard a growl. She looked around, wondering where it was coming from. She heard it again then realised it was coming from her stomach. She had forgotten to eat that morning before class. With a slightly embarrased look on her face, Haruko stood up and dismissed herself from the classroom without a word. Baka! Eat before class from now on! She tought, scolding herself. She hurried through the halls to her dorm room, she had some food there.

Long gave notice his attack did connect, and that he was now open for an attack as Long gave fair note to how Shun rolling to the side. Long paused a minute as Shun began to execute his attack backwards.

Long definetly was far from being tired with his movements, years of breathing, exercising continiously, and meditating would do such things to a person. Long stepped back and thrust his stick outward with the end aiming at Shun as he came closer to the ground.

((well, i looked up the damage on your character journal, and I thought it'd go faster if I did it this way...))
Dodge: 11 + 17 = 28
Shunketsu was rather dismayed he had missed again. He could already tell that another hit would take him out of contention. Shunketsu jumped to the side as soon as his toe touched the ground and avoided the attack. With a roll, he was positioned kneeling on one knee right in front of Long. Shunketsu pushed himself upward, attacking with his left weapon first in an upward slash, and hit or not, a spin on Shunketsu's right foot would set up a slash with Shunketsu's right weapon.

((I am beginning to wonder when if I hav to roll two dice in for dodge you since you are using two weapons= 2 strikes))
Long had calmed his breathing after missing only to see that Shun was at Long's right side, attempting to aim at with a rising slash.
Ddg:+19= 28, 30

Long managed to evade the first hit and second hit with ease just taking more and more steps back as he fancied being able to plan and think about this, but he changed his mindset to attacking before he could compliment or comment anything else. Long swung his staff from the right side aiming for Shun's left arm between the bicep and shoulder.

Shunketsu tried to keep his cool as he once again evaded Long's attack. Shunketsu attempted his rising slash again, this time from Long's other side and with his right handed weapon first.

Long found himself sandwiched between being hit again by the same maneuver, but this time found it aimed at his other side, while being attacked with the opposite hand. Long had little time once again to react quickly
Ddg:+19= 32, 25
Long only leaned backwards lightly with his back bending. He braought himself back to stnading straight and calmed his breathing. He now attempted to attack with a two-handed strike with both hands at the opposite end aimed at Shun's opposite shoulder to the one Long had landed a strike on from an earlier attack.

Dodge: 20 + 17 =37
Shunketsu deflected the blow to his right, being that it was aimed at his right shoulder. Right after the deflection, Shunketsu charged straight for Long and swung both his bokken for Long's arms...

Long anticipated this would happen since two attacks of the same form and use a second time wouldn't be unaffective. Long now had to dodge a charge like attack from Shun.

Long side-stepped to have Shun run right past him. Long then set up his stick in his hands like a baseball bat as he swung hard to his right to tag Shun as he passed him.

Dodge: 6 + 17 = 23
Shunketsu waited and flipped over the rod as it swung past. Shunketsu took advantage of the time required for Long to recover from his backswing and once again charged in at Long. Downward swings were aimed at the shoulder nearest Shunketsu.

Long had stood there with his base ball swing missing as he carried with his weight as he carefully saw that Shun had aimed at his shoulders. Long himself, was in striking range when he reacted. His breath calmed to almost that of not breathing, he was now at peace with his body as it significantly showed that he was now in sync with his movements.

With a water movement, Long almost fadded from his spot like mist as he appeared behind Shun with a jab aimed at his lower back with the jab of his stick reaching out like a spear. He carefully aimed his strike as he lightly stepped forward extending his weapon out with force.

Dodge: + 17 = 31
Shunketsu turned around and deflected the blow to his left. Trying a different approach, he threw his left bokken at Long's head. Using it as a distraction, although also hoping it'd hit, Shunketsu charged in and performed an upward slash with his right bokken.
