"I can't jump that far. I don't have any special powers. I will keep guard and signal if someone comes. Natilie and Monica have especially good hearing so I will whistle like a robin if someone comes like this . . . *does a bird whistle* ok?"
Angel takes up a hiding place in a tree where she is out of sight and can see the whole side of the castle.

The guards come back and start escorting Sasori down a hallway. As they make their way down the hallway, Vlad comes out of a side door. He says, "Oh, hello. You ran out the other day, we didn't get a chance to introduce ourselves. I am Vlad. Will you excuse us for a minute?" He takes the guards aside and talks to them down the hall then comes back after a couple of minutes. "The guards will take you to your room where you can freshen up. See you at 6:00 for dinner."
Sasori says, "my room? What are you talking about? Dinner?" Before she could finish, the guards took her away and Vlad went down another hallway. She yells after him, "hey, wait!"

Monica turned fox and use Tarik's distraction wisely. She hide behind a rock, then lead the way into the castle. She turned right and tried to find the hallway with the low window she spoted from outside.

Vlad comes to the gate. He asks very annoyed, "What do you want Tarik?"
Tarik says, "I demand you release the lady Sasori immediately! She is a friend of my kingdom and I demand you release her at once!" Vlad laughs, "she is staying with me. Lay off. I don't care if you are a prince. Get another girl." Tarik says, "I demand a duel then for her release!" Vlad laughs again. "Forget it buddy, she's staying with me tonight." Vlad turns to go back into the castle.

Angel watches the girls as they make it to the window and get ready to enter the castle. Tarik is doing a good job making a commotion so the patrolling guards are watching him. Just a few minutes longer Tarik she thinks.

Tarik peaks over at Monica and Natilie. They are ready to jump across to the open window. He yells at Vlad one more time then walks off smiling.
"Do your stuff girls!"

Monica lead the way through the window and into the castle, where she crouched low and started to sniff around. She caught the smell of food and heard footsteps down the hallway. She glanced at Natilie. Whoever it was had to be bringing foot somewhere.

Sasori is locked in a huge bedroom with red velvet drapes and red silk sheets. "This whole thing is totally ridiculous. Vlad has a screw loose in his head, that's for sure." She goes to the bathroom and splashes some water on her face. Maybe this is a bad dream . . . guess not, it's real.
She sits on the red velvet couch. Now what? She peaks out the window. She is on the second floor. She could jump. There is a bush below to break her fall. A maid comes in and brings a shear gold silk dress. "Master Vlad requests you wear this to dinner." Sasori looks at the maid and flatly says, "tell him fat chance seeing me in that." The maid leaves the dress and shuts the door.
Sasori thinks to herself, I'm a warrior princess and I will not be so easily taken. I escaped slavery in a sultan's harem, this castle is a piece of cake.

Natilie could smell the food and it was making her mouth water but they were looking for Sasori not dinner. Natilie continued sniffing til she caught the faint scent of Sasori. She was somewhere in this wing of the castle. Natilie followed the scent through deserted hallways and passed endless doors. Monica also caught the scent and when ever the trail ended either Monica or Natilie would find it again.
The scent was getting stronger and it lead up a flight of stairs they raced up the stairs to find them to be occupied by an extremely frightened and confused maid.
"Animals! Animals! In the castle!" she screamed.
Natilie and Monica picked up the pace and were flat out running now. They didn't have to worry about losing the scent because it was extremely strong now. Finally it lead to a large wooden door. Natilie sniffed the cracks beneath the door. Sasori was definetly in there only how would they get her out?

Monica arraived at the door after Natilie. Sasori was definatly in there. She looked both ways to see that no one was looking, then turned back and tried the door knob. Locked. She should have figured.
"Sasori." She whispered. "Can you here me? It's Monica." She sat down beside the door and tried to think of a way out.

"Monica the door is locked. Can you get it open?" Sasori heard the girls trying to get the door open but no luck. "There is a window with bushes underneath. I can jump down and hide in the bushes. You can meet me outside and we can escape together."
Sasori goes to the window and ninja like jumps down into the bushes and hides so she cannot be seen from above. She hopes Natilie and Monica can make it outside again ok.

"She's outside the first wall." Monica said to Natilie after she turned back fox. She turned and lead the way back down the hallway. Then, sounds of footsteps echoed inthe hallway, and the maid the had seen early rounded the corner, followed by three soldiers.

Sasori waits in the bushes. Her heart is pounding. The girls are taking a long time. She crawls towards the kitchen and watches to see if the lady she helped the other day is there. Maybe she can get some help.

Angel is getting concerned that the girls are taking a long time. She watches as Tarik goes down the path back to town then circles back out of sight and comes back to meet her. She then looks back at the castle and sees many guards start to rush around. Something is wrong. She starts to do her bird whistle.
