Suddenly Debura flung out a sword and slashed at Shiro, who whiped out his claws and blocked. Shiro slashed at Debura, but Debura blocked eveything. He jumped hight and came down with the diving claw dive, but Debura fliped back and kicked a chair at Shiro. The chair hit, and as Shiro looked up Debura was already coming at him with a downward slash. Shiro slid under Debura and kicked him up, then jumped up and grabbed him giving him an Azuna drop. Debura hit the ground hard as the floor broke and they fell to the lower floor.

Shiro got up and pulled out the spear as he healed, Debura did the same. They smiled at each other, just befor Debura chared at Shiro, busting through the wall of the tower. At they fell they fired back and forth, them stoped inches from the ground. They landed and Shiro gathered energy, then fired off two disks at Debura. DEbura smiled as he blasted aweay he disks with ease. They two fired back at each other, beam after beam as they fought. Shiro fired a large ball that blew up on contact and made a smoke cloud. As he rushed in, Debura blocked the punch as retaliated with a kick. Shiro blocked the kick with one of his own and punched. The two matched blows with one another un made contact at the same time knocking each other back.

*After regenerating again, Shiro got back to training with Debura*

You must learn the meditation tachnique. It will help you greatly grow in power.

Alright, what do I do?

You clear your mind, consentrate on raising you energy, bypass your bodies lmitations. Its about using your minds medtated state to overcome your limits, to become more than you are. Its like your Kamikazi Burst. You can only go times three now, but master this, and you can go much greater.
