Much to Khenu's chargin, i'd imagine, Fu smiled without turning his head. True, his physical vision was somewhat impared with the binding blind, the ability to percieve all things through his right eye, the eye of Nanaya, is only dimmed, just enough to keep him sane.

Pheaura smiled and held out her hand, "I have heard of you Fu, as well. It is my pleasure to meet you. I apologize for being rude. But I didn't want to interrupt. You all were enjoying yourself."

He turns completely, it's nice to look people in the Eye, so to speak, when they converse, and his smile is polite and genuine.

Nailah nodded at Aura. "Thank you very much. She looked at the woman who had recently entered but decided to get changed first. She looked around for Rasui and finally left the library. Walking down the hall she heard a pitiful 'meow.'
Nailah raced to teh sound and found her kitten curled up in a puddle on the floor meowing. She smiled at teh poor kitten and scooped her into her arms. Holding her tightly against her chest she walked north trying to find a room.
After wandering around she found a suitable room and placed Rasui down on the bed. Grabbing a towel she quickly dried the wet cat and then changed her clothes and dried her hair.
"Much better." Nailah smiled.

Khenu tugged on Aura's arm. "I haven't met her before, who's she?" He kept his voice low, not wanting to draw attention or be a distraction.

Aura slipped Eclipse from her shoulder, cradling the animal in one arm as she looked to Khenu. "That's Lady Pheaura," she winked at him, "She's and angel you know." She reached a hand out to ruffle his hair, then placed the same hand on his shoulder, pushing him away from hiding place behind her and out into the open.

"Thank you Fu. There is one more little one I haven't met as well." She extends her hand again and crouches so she is the child's level. "You are all welcome to have a piece of cake I have made."

Khenu took her hand gently in his and shook it. Feeling a slight spark go off in his hand he pulled it back quickly and stepped back. He tried to hide a nervous look...his powers usually didn't act up if he was only slightly nervous. He still didn't even know whether those were his psionic powers or something else that he didn't know about yet.
He suddenly yawned and covered his mouth to hide it. "Um nice to meet you Pheaura. I hope I'm not being rude or anything but I'm sleepy so I think I'll head off to bed."
He took off out of the library, running to his room. Once there he shut the door and looked at his hands, still seeing blue sparks go off every second or so. He shoved his hands into his pockets, frowning. These powers were definitely not his friend.

He instinctively earperks at that little tidbit of information, storing it away in his memory, free hand idly fingering Nantsuya up his right sleeve. He grins, turning...
" ...did someone say 'Cake'?"

Nailah opened the door and stepped out into the hall. She tried to remember which way she had come and finally decided she would just wander until she found the library.
Rasui leaped to her normal spot on Nailah's shoulder and rubbed her head against Nailah's neck.
Nailah reached up and absentmindedly stroked Rasui's silky fur. She walked back down the hall and finally found the room she had recently been in. She entered the room and walked back to her spot nodding at Aura and the others in the room.

Aura had watched after Khenu until Eclipse yelped bringing her attention back to the room. "Children are so fickle aren't they." Sighing, she looked over to Nailah as she reentered and returned the nod to her.

He turns and finds a wall to lean on...

"Well he's young, and he does seem to fright easily." She sighed a moment. "I'm sure he'll calm himself within a few days, I'm still wondering what he's doing out here all alone.

"Children will be children. I remember when....." she trailed off forgetting that she didn't remember her childhood. A frown covered her face for a moment the disappeared when she thought of what Fu said, "Yes, I did say cake. Go to the kitchen and help yourself. It's chocolate strawberry."
((That's what I'm eating now, so thats what I made the cake))

Nailah tilted her head, her empathetic sensed tingling. "The child is scared...and he's hiding...something." Nailah straightened and looked at all the people in the room. She shrugged. "I'm an extremely sensitive empathetic."
