PsychoAce56 Sorry for not checking in as much as I should, I got 25 books from waldenbooks for my birthday^^ I was very very happy uhhh....Daa-um. That's a lot of manga. Masq....IMADOKI v3 IS OUT?!?!?!?!?!? NOOOOOOO~ crying I must go to Walden's TONIGHT! I MUST, I SAY!!! MUST!I want Legal Drug too...and Tsubasa v2 and v3....and Peach Girl v10. crying crying crying

:sigh: At least you people are in positions where it's easy for you to get the volumes you want. I have to wait until the weekend to get any of the ones that I want. crying

I mean, she was the one to lose them. I don't think that I've ever heard of Imadoki...what's it about? It's really good. And it's nonfantasy which is odd for me. It's by Yuu Watase (Fushigi Yugi, Ceres, and Alice 19th) It's about this girl named I forget but it means Dandelion (or some flower) in Japanese and she gets transfered to this really high tech and pretigious school. And no one likes her because everyone else got into that school because of their parents and blah blah . . . you know I make things too detailed so I'm just going to look up the summary. For Tanpopo Yamazaki, life at the elitist Meio Academy seems way out of her league. The daughters of wealthy families snub her; other students make light of the fact that she actually tested into Meio instead of relying on family connections, and the cute boy she saw tending a dandelion the day before wouldn't even acknowledge her existence. Hoping to make friends and have some fun, Tanpopo starts up a gardening committee, but will this help her survive in a school where superficiality and nepotism reign supreme? One has to admit....there's A LOT of similarities with Imadoki and Hanadan (Boys Over Flowers). I mean, poor girl goes to rich, elite school....nyaaa...But It has a lot of differences. Tanpopo is NOTHING like Makino and Koki is (lmao) NOTHING like Doumyoji. blaugh
I heart Doumyoji.
I got the 8th volume of Hana Yori Dango (Boys Over Flowers) Tuesday. I already know what happens, I've seen all of the anime, (years ago). But I just love it so much. It is definately an ALL TIME fav for me. biggrin

I would be totally pissed off!!! ninja I had something similar happen. A friend was over and during the night she spilled coke all over my Alice 19th v5. She wouldn't admit to it when I KNEW it was her. I mean, no one else was downstairs. The can can't tip itself over. And since she denied everything, I couldn't say "You have to give me $10 anyways!!!". stare I'm so obsessive compulsive about things, that I HAD to buy a new one and it came from my own pocket. crying I want to go to Walden Books and get the 5 for 4 deal. >_< I hope I can talk my mom into it....I got good grades, so... sweatdrop
